5-dages ferie i slutningen af juli 2009. Pragtfuld udsigt fra vores store terrasse. Pænt og rent. Dejligt familehotel med god service og hjælpsomhed. Ingen problemer med at få hjælp i receptionen hvad enten vi skulle forhøre os om bustider/billetter eller om leje af scooter. Vi spiste en del gange i restauranten, som var en rigtig god oplevelse. Meget god mad og en udsøgt betjening. |

Der var en fantastisk udsigt til Capri.Pænt værelse. God atmosfære på et hyggeligt familiedrevet hotel. Maden var virkelig en oplevelse. Vi havde bestilt halvpension, og det fortrød vi absolut ikke. Det var meget lækker og hjemmelavet italiensk mad. Dejligt ikke at bo midt i Sorrento, som er en lidt beskidt by. Pool og spafaciliteter var også gode. Vi havde et godt ophold, alt personale, (på nær en sur kvinde i receptionen), var utrolig søde og meget imødekommende. Meget flot anretning og servering af måltider. Den kvindelige ansatte i receptionen var direkte uvenlig og meget lidt hjælpsom, da vi spurgte ang. bus til Sorrento. Hun gad dårligt svare os og fortalte ikke om de busklippekort, vi skulle købe for at kunne køre med bus. Hun skulle have fortalt os, at vi kunne købe klippekort af hende og så havde et lille smil, da været helt ok. |

The view of Capri was excellent. Staff helpful and friendly. Good menu. Several items, including gluten free pasta, for those who cannot tolerate gluten and staff familiar with needs of a gluten free meal, but not able to change cooking of gluten inclusive dishes to accommodate. Room large, airy, clean and comfortable. Local and international clientele. Traffic can be noisy if in a room with a sea view. Hotel is a bit futher from Sorrento than anticipated and not easy to go to other restaurants at night as parking not easy. The road is a bit narrow and unlit at night - but locals do walk at night. No tea making facilities in bedroom. Mixed vegetables on menu consist of broccoli stems and leaves, spinach and green beans. Only potato croquets or chips. Buffet breakfast a bit limited if on a gluten free diet. |

Make sure that you eat onsite - the food is amazing. Service was great. Room with a full size balcony looking out over the Bay of Naples to the Isle of Capri would be very hard to beat - it was fantastic. Large room very comfortable. Not in Sorrento itself, but about 6 kms away up the hill. Make sure you get directions or you will need to stop in Sorrento at the Visitor Centre to find the way - and parking there is non-existent. Off street parking at hotel very handy because it is situated on a very busy narrow mountain road. Bus stops right at the door! |

We loved our view from the room, the pool was nice, very clean. We enjoyed eating in the Restaurant onsite and having the convenience of catching the bus in front of the hotel to shopping/eating in the Sorrento Square. Staff was great, courteous and very friendly. Would stay there again and hope to do so in a couple of years. |

Balcony and ocean views Hotel holds wedding parties (with loud music) in an area directly above some bedrooms which can be very disturbing for guests in these rooms. Hotel is adjacent to a busy road with irritating traffic noise during morning / early evening busy periods. |

The staff were friendly, especially in the excellent restaurant. There is regular public transport to and from Sorrento, via the Massa bus and there is a bus stop outside the hotel door. |

it was a lovely suprise to find such a beautiful hotel. its so clean you could eat off the floor. the whole place is decorated with good taste. its a family run hotel and the atmosphere is friendly and peaceful. the pool on the roof is so nice. the views from the hotel are magnificent looking over the bay and at capri. we eat in the hotel the whole time we were there. excellent quality and chose of food and good value for money. we had such a great time, we only stayed for 3 days but would have liked to stay longer. would be an excellent place for a wedding venue. would recommend to anyone and would love to return some day. i liked everything about the hotel but there is a lot of trafic noise if you just wanted to sit on the balony and relax but it was ok when you closed the windows then you didn't hear any noise at all. the streets outside have no pavements, we would have liked to have an evening strol after supper but felt unable to do so as some of the cars speed round the corners so we just stayed in the hotel. but we could have got a bus into sorrento which is only 15 mins away. but we didn't want to do that just a little walk to digest would have been nice. |

The staff at the hotel are very welcoming and endeavour to meet any requirements that you may have. The restaurant is excellent and serves many wonderful local fish dishes, it has a good selection of very drinkable local wines. The view of Capri from the balcony of our room was breathtaking. This is a small family run establishment which offers excellent value for money |

The hotel was located in a beautiful scenic area of sorrento, friendly staff and offered nice food. No bar service opened late to have a drink, or to buy tobacco, no facilties to buy water or food to have at pool area. |

We stayed here for our friends wedding and had a lovely time. The rooms are really nice, we had a sea view which made it even nicer, although I think most of the rooms do anyway. The swimming pool is at the top of the hotel so you can overlook the island of Capri while you sunbathe! The food at the hotel restaurant is also very nice and is well known in the area as being one of the best places to eat. The hotel is slightly out of Sorrento, so you either need a car to get down into Sorrento town (the hotel has parking) or there is a bus that stops right outside the hotel, which is only a 10 minute journey, and the buses run quite late. Overall we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for a place slightly more out of town to relax. |
