Franklin Feel the Sound  

We will be staying in this hotel everytime we go to Rome. Staff is very accomodating and always willing to help. We arrived 3 hours before check in and they gave us our room without hesitating, they provided a map and explain the city bus system and metro. It's 3 blocks away from the Vatican and 10 minute ride from Colosseum. We are touring around Europe hitting more than 6 cities and so far Franklin has been the best. Warning: Do not expect big ammenities, It's Europe! Even tho for Europe the hotel is brand new, would highly recommend!

Great little B&B, ideally located for the Vatican & Metro. Would recommend.

The room facilities bathroom modern with sky tv large tv and b&o music centre breakfast was very good staff very helpful and pleasent nice area to walk about at night close to shops restaurants etc

The room we where in a bit small for family room with disabled child bath shower bit too high to get in not siutable for disabled or elderly for bathroom could do with step

Just very good clean and excellent position.

I enjoyed the theme to the hotel and the Sky tv available in my room. The disco ball was a nice touch. It was about a 10 minute walk from Vatican City and the Ottaviano metro stop. We had a balcony and that was pretty nice.

The beds were a little too firm and from room 201 the wifi hardly worked. I suggest the hotel upgrade the wifi on that floor.

I stayed in this hotel with my partner due to the good value of the hotel. We were not expecting the hotel to be as nice as it was. The staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. The music theme was subtle and well done. Only a 8min walk from the Vatican so an excellent location. Excellent stay!

The only problem that people might have is that the walls were a bit thin so if you're staying, make sure you do not have a room beside the lift.

The hotel had a really cool decor and the staff was really friendly and helpful. It was about a 15 minute walk from the vatican museum and it was very close to the bus and metro station.

The bed was moderately comfortable and pillows were pretty hard. Otherwise, it was great.

This was a great hotel, and so much fun! The music theme, with snare drum nightstands, blue light disco ball in the bathroom, in-room CD player and library, was lots of fun. The facilities were excellent overall as well, and the staff was outstanding...very helpful, friendly, and efficient! It's a bit out of the way, but in a very quiet area with restaurants and shops in the vicinity and about 6-7 blocks to the Metro. We would definitely stay here again on a visit to Rome.

Nice and quite with helpful, friendly staff. Garden patio connecting to the eating room was very nice and convenient. The breakfast was wonderful.

I had prebooked the room atleast 3 months in advance with a reduced rate but the hotel did not have the record from booking.com that it was to be prepaid. My records which I showed them did have me prebooked. The hotel did reverse the extra charges but unfortunately when that happens on your credit card you loose on the exchange rate. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

It was very casual and easy going. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Room appeared to be larger on website than in person.

The sound system and tv are amazing as is the huge shower in room 105 and the glitter ball!!

Its on bus routes 23 and 70 which take you into the centre. Friends stayed more central though so it was slightly out of the way if you dont like walking.

Location! Location! Location!

Breakfast could be chaotic-needs effiency measures!
