Finding the hotel from the airport was challenging

we stayed only one night and everything was very good. the room is large enough, big bathroom, good breakfast for Italian hotel.

Good location near the city center. Friendly staff. Free private parking behind the hotel. Clean room with modern design. Delicious breakfast.

Uncomfortable bed, very hot in the room, A/C is off in October. No cupboard in the room, so it will difficult to dress from a suitcase if you want to stay more days.

Outstanding hotel, deserves 4*! The lady working at reception was friendly and helpful, if a rating is possible she deserves a fantastic 12/10. The cleanest hotel I have seen by far. Room was very comfortable and tastefully furnished. Large high quality breakfast buffet, a surprise for an Italian hotel, and many others too. Pool looked very tempting. Great location for exploring a lovely part of the world.

The only thing I did not like was their no pets allowed policy. Not a problem on this trip however. It might make me choose another hotel if the policy does not change when I travel with my dog, which I do often. Be very happy to discuss this point with the management and convince them to allow pets.

We booked here because of th pool, price, included breakfast, free parking,, wifi and reviews. It did not disappoint. It really is the best Italian hotel I have ever stayed in and offered everything it said and more. Rooms were clean, bathroom nice and new. Breakfast had many options with specially ordered coffee and Nutella. Pool was nice and warm. Staff were so friendly and helpful they even lent us their personal IPhone charger as we forgot ours. Parking was on premisis and wifi fast as i had to work. Was close to pretty little town with good pizza. Owner was nice to us as well. Honestly nothing bad and best value hotel in italy we have ever had.

The breakfast was better than average in Italy.Close to the city center.Safe car parking place for car.Design in the bathroom.Helpful staff everytime.

Only one lift in the hotel.The area near the swimming pool was poor this summer.

Perfect hotel to explore the vine region or to stay overnight when going to Croatia. The hotel is only 5 minutes drive from the highway ... the town is very pretty, the hotel is newly renovated, the swimming pool was perfect bonus and the breakfest was hust fantastic. The restaurant in the hotel is OK but if you strool down the town mainstreet you will fina perfect restaurants spots just 3 minutes away... If I go again that direction I have no reason to look for another hotel. This one was just perfect for us!!

Everything. The staff were friendly, the room was a good size and very comfortable, the air conditioning worked. The breakfast was plentiful.

The quietness we needed after a very long trip, the nice and recent furniture, the very welcoming staff, the breakfast buffet is amazing : really for every taste.We were passing by on the road to eastern europe, and it was a very pleasant stop.

Many hotel did I stayed, this is the best example how one can do 3star hotel perfect way. Really admire great job owner & staff have done with this hotel. If you looking for a hotel in area around, thats the choice.

Hotel, its like retail, you have to do your job everyday just perfect. Yesterday, doesnt count. I wish staff keep doing their job perfect.

Superior and most friendly service of reception and restauranat staff. High standard of room design and comfort level we would arrange our next holiday to accommodate a stop at the hotel Franz. The restaurant at the hotel was exceptional. Italian food was truly gourmet.

We couldn't think of one negative, only great things to say about entire experience. They made us feel very welcome and cheerfully took care of everything we needed. Bravo, Hotel Franz!

Hotel Franz was a pleasant surprize for us. It was located in a centre of several sites we wanted to visit so it proved to be a wise choice. Its new very comfortable, spacious rooms and excellent service. We would recommend it to our friends.

no major dislikes. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast which lacked few things...(choice of fried eggs, sausages...etc.) but what was presented was of high quality and enough of it :)

The lady at the desk was so helpful. She gave us all the right information that we needed. She gave us ice for our cocktails and extra pillows. The breakfast was superb. Everything about the place was "just right".

There was nothing to report that wasn't good.
