Kinderen en extra bedden
Alle kinderen tot 1 jaar oud verblijven gratis in het hotel, wanneer er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de reeds aanwezige bedden.
Alle kinderen tot 2 jaar oud betalen EUR 10,00 per persoon per nacht babybedjes inbegrepen.
Alle oudere kinderen of volwassenen betalen EUR 30,00 per persoon per nacht extra bedden inbegrepen.
Maximumaantal extra bedden/babybedjes in een kamer: 1.
Extra bedden zijn op verzoek beschikbaar en dienen door het hotel te worden bevestigd.
Toeslagen worden niet automatisch meegerekend in het totaalbedrag en dienen apart te worden betaald in het hotel.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Gartis wifi verbinding aleen werkte deze helaas niet goed. Er was wel de bereidheid dit op te lossen door een monteur te sturen en er werd ook een hotel netwerk pc aangeboden voor gratis gebruik. Ontbijtbuffet met veel keuze.Goede airco. De oude tv op de kamer is aan vervanging toe. De meeste hotels hebben tegenwoordig lcd tv's. |

Very friendly staff; large room (the hotel was practically empty when I stayed there, so I had a free upgrade to a posher room at no extra cost); very close to the edge of the 'town centre' (Gradisca is pretty small, so not a lot of walking involved). Very close to the theatre where the concerts were too. Half a mile and you were over the river and into countryside. Bit expensive by my standards, but great if you can claim it on expenses. Overall, a hit! |

a superb contact with the reception. correct information with a smile. An early departure was not so difficult because we were offered a quick quality breakfast with fresh juice and coffee. those people know who to receive hotelquest and it's warmer than most of the hotels i went to. Because the people give it a soul. |

Hotel staff were exceptional, they could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and made us feel very welcome. We got an upgraded room on arrival. Very clean and the continental breakfast was extremely good. We would certainly recommend this hotel to all family friends and colleagues. Excellent value for money. There was nothing I did not like about the hotel. |

The room was clean, the bed comfortable. Breakfast was as good as other reviewers had promised. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist in every way possible. Whilst signing to the hotel was good from the Gorizia direction, we got very lost trying to find it late at night from the airport - clear directions from here could be posted on their website |

THe service and rooms at this hotel are excellent. The location one hour our of Venice is quiet and has a walled city and excellent local restaurants. It really is a great place to stay with parking. |

Personnel was very friendly. Our chamber was updated to the superior standard. Very near to town center, easy to reach, with a large internal parking. Wonderful breakfast. The best cost/quality ratio I have experienced. Given the high quality of the service provided, I would have expected also the Wi-Fi connection to be free, veen if the cost was little more thna symbolic. |
