Excellent location, breakfast is served to the room. Spacious room. We had a lovely surprise from the hotel of a bottle of wine. Very friendly staff.
Maybe check out at 10 am is too early. Though you can leave the luggage with them.
It's lovely staff so friendly!
Couldn't of thought anything!
Claudia is an excellent host - Thanks for the free welcome drinks and for the beer too! Clean rooms, close to Roma termini and tour buses as well. Loved our smoking balcony sitting on the air-con from the fourth floor. Fresh breeze.
Lovely staff, so helpful and accommodating! Nicely decorated room, was very clean and felt new. So conveniently located. We will go back for sure!
The room was a little small, but this was of no importance to us because we weren't in the room much anyways. Breakfasts were just ok, but on the plus side there was a lot to choose from and one could order whatever they wanted, as much as they wanted. We were never left hungry!
Excellent location, perfect staff, cosy rooms. What more to ask!!!! The B&B was lovely. Located near Termini, a transportation node for the ancient city, is an excellent starting point for visits to all tourist areas. Metro, buses and tourist buses (hop-on/hop-off) in front of the Termini. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The same with the bathroom. A lot of stores, mini and super markets, restaurants, wine bars and cafes in walking distance or in a couple of bus stops away. Breakfast is great and served in the room. We had an excellent time and we would definitely stay again given the opportunity. Gracie Claudia!
-excellent location, near Termini Station and near the bus pick-up spot for the airport. - good restaurant just outside the building - comfortable and quiet rooms, nice bathroom - very clean and tidy - the owners are really friendly and helpful - breakfast is always served on the time you request - would definitely stay here again, next time we`re in Rome
Very good welcome at our arrival in the evening at the hotel with efficient advices to visit Rome. Air conditioning was good and very appreciated in the room. Access on the bus station is close to the hotel (5 minutes on foot) and very appreciated. It was a great honeymoon in Rome
very near to the train station, nice staff and nice breakfast.
- very friendly personnel - 5 min from Termini station, but quiet - very good value - breakfast in bed
Nothing! Hard to find the place.no reception on the entrance side of the building
This place is not a hotel. It's like an apartment.on arrival we were not given instruction on how to get in, waited 40 mins at the gate and Noone opened door for us.shower is very dark and small! Very basic breakfast.second day on arrival the lady there told me they don't do credit cards, payment needs to be made by cash 1 day before check out. But on my booking document it clearly says payment via credit card. At the end we had to withdraw cash and was charged fees by our bank. The most horrible thing is 1 day after we have left this place and the lady there emailed me and told me she has charged us 50 euro on our credit card, apparently there was some glass broken inside the room. I was not aware of any glass was broken while we stayed, and no one has told us there was a glass broken before we have left.one day after we have left, we were told we have been charged 50 euro on credit card, and she told me that they don't do credit card and we had to pay cash?! Full of lies! Anyways better stay away from this place..worst place we have stayed for our Europe holiday!
Great location near Termini Train station, excellent restaurant just outside front gate, friendly proprietor.
Location. Close to metro and the Termini makes it convenient to move within Rome. Claudia was very accommodating.
Close to the Termini, easy to catch a train out of Rome. In the town, close to a number of Roman architecture sites to visit.
Rome is expensive, our best times in Italy was outside the cities. Rome is very crowded and hotter than the country side.
Excellent location for a Rome break, really helpful staff, couldn't do enough for us! Clean and spacious room, free beer, nibbles and wine, bonus! Loads of leaflets for trips and maps available on Rome. Definitely recommend to anyone
Breakfast was basic but good enough to start the day. No kettle to make hot drinks, but an espresso machine in reception
Ideal location, owner could not do enough to make you even more comfortable, or to satisfy. Her knowledge and directions of tourist information was spot on. Will most certainly return. Elaine - Sydney
Everything was perfect!
Good location if you arrive at the train station. We loved the little details such as candy, a bottle of wine and candles in the room, made you feel at home!
The fridge wasn't working. Wifi in the room was rather poor.
Amazingly friendly staff, very helpful. Also the rooms are cosy and it is very close to the roma termini
Nothing, would go back next time in Rome
Relatively large room (for Europe). Very quiet - almost no road noise heard. Very close to supermarket, many restaurants, and train/metro station. Menu based breakfast selections offer good variety.
Limited hours for getting room key.
Location, staff, breakfast
Very friendly and cooperative owners, really helpful taking care of your needs!
Broad range of international channels on a big screen flat TV
No WiFi in the room
Hotel is very close to the train station and we felt safe walking at night. You have to go through many doors to get to the room, so we felt high sense of security.
During our second night of stay, they forgot to leave body soap for shower. Office closes early and no one could help us, so we had to shower without soap.
I liked this small, family run hotel because of total quiet and silence.
Was difficult to find this hotel. Poorly signposted.
