Beautiful rooms, fiendly and helpful staff

For that money I think that breakfast could be better

everything was fine, will definitivly return next year

The breakfast affair was totally messed up - rude waitresses, dirty tables, having to wait for juice. People stood in the middle of the room for ages waiting for a table, whilst in my personal case a waitress literally pushed me out of the way to cater for a bunch of policemen staying at the place - how charming!

The desk clerks are nice and the room is clean and well-equipped.

Centally located with a short walk into the wonderful city of Udine. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Large, safe free car park. Free internet. Good breakfast.

It was initially hard to find, we had to walk from station as no taxis. the bar was not open when we arrived, would have been useful as meeting friends staying in the hotel

The water pressure from the shower was pitiful, the room was not the warmest overnight.

The hotel is quite "old" in terms of furniture and looks.

The staff were polite and welcoming. The room was large and comfortable Dinner was good and not over priced. The hotel is one of the cleanest I have stayed at.

Good value for money. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Proximity to the main shopping district is very good

Close to center city, easy to get to from highway.

The staff was so dour--a smile costs nothing. Whole hotel smelled of smoke. Rather tired--needs sprucing up.

Basic room with à good bed. Rate is modest compared with other hotels in a city.

Some of the staff members must follow a training 'how can I please my customer through a smile'. Breakfast is basic but ok. Airco was not well functioning although the temperature was ok.

The Staff are great and the hotel has good facilites and rooms

Big rooms, with enough space and comfortable beds. A bit of a strange shower box, actually separate space in the bathroom, can be claustrophobic. Solid breakfast with freshly made coffee. Big parking lot at the back of the hotel.

Not the best location, however for a night stop-over it is fairly convenient. Reception staff terribly slow.
