Paula who manages our appartment is wonderful. She was *so* helpful and gave us maps and advice about tours & parking & sightseeing (in Italian; she also speaks French; English might have been tricky). The interior is well designed and attractively furnished. The views and the relaxed atmosphere helped me a lot. There's a strong chance we'll be back next year. (This is not within San Martino; ensure you know the name of the road you're looking for.) |

Beautiful, very well kept, impeccably clean, very nice owner. Very close in car to Siena Split between newer building and older more rustic one, would have preferred older side and made clear in booking but thoroughally recommend it |

La struttura è immersa nel verde delle colline senese, a pochi km dal centro di questa splendida città, quindi consigliato a chi viaggia in auto. L'appartamento è molto grazioso e dotato di tutti I comfort. Molto gentile la signora alla "reception". Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. |

La proprietaria si è dimostrata gentile e disponibile. Essendo arrivati la sera tardi, ci è stato fatto trovare in camera qualcosa per poter fare colazione l'indomani. La seconda notte di pernottamento il riscaldamento non ha funzionato ed abbiamo dovuto passare la notte al freddo. |

Läheinen sijainti Sienan keskustaan ja rauhallinen alue. Siistit saniteettitilat. Huone oli aika kolkon oloinen vaikkakin siisti. Meitä oli 3 henkeä, lakanat ja tyynytliinat vain kahdelle henkilölle. Luulimme ilmastoinnin kuuluvan huoneen hintaan, mutta sen käytöstä olisi peritty erillinen 10eur/vrk maksu. Keittiön ruokailuvälineet eri pareja. Lasejakin oli vain pari ehjää. |

Die Lage im Grünen und die Aussicht in die südtoskanische Landschaft. Leider auf dem gegenüber liegenden Bergkamm eine viel befahrende Durchgangsstrasse (Entfernung ca. 700 - 1.000 m). Die Küchenausrüstung war dürftig, aber ausreichend. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Wohnraum lediglich nur eine Einheit. Schöne große Terrasse, jedoch keine Trennung zum linken Nachbarn. |

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr schönes Haus. Freundliches Personal. Eine Adresse die man sich merken sollte! Gerne wieder... Nur eine Kleinigkeit: den Müll muß man selbst irgendwo in die Tonne stecken, da es keine auf dem Grundstück gibt (da das Ganze unter 'Hotel' läuft, ist das doch eher ungewöhnlich). |
