Good location for shopping. Yhe nearested hotel to Castelromano outlets. This hotel is not 4*. everything like in bed 3*. Rude personal, pure breakfast, pure rooms.

4 star rating is a joke. This is a 2 star hotel. There is nothing really bad about it, but it's not worth 80 euros a night, a fair price would be 60 euros.

Manden som tog imod os og vi så heldige han var der, da vi skulle afsted. Han gik meget op i sit arbejde og vores velbefindende. At tempraturen på værelserne var næsten ikke til at holde ud, for det var så varmt.

Personale molto disponibile e cortese, ristorante di buon livello. Le 4 stelle sono un pò esagerate, l'hotel avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione importante. Camere per niente insonorizzate, sembrava di avere la finestra aperta, mobilio molto spartano, televisione inguardabile.

Terrificante! I bagni sono privi di riscaldamento, e in questi gioni in zona roma significa che erano semplicemente congelati. La notte si crepa di freddo perchè l'unica fonte di riscaldamento sono I condizionatori, che però fanno un rumore infernale quindi li devi tenere spenti. Internet va talmente lenta che rimpiangi il tuo vecchio modem 56k. la doccia non funzionava ma mi è stato detto che non sono stato capace io di farla funzionare... Ho preso una junior suite ma nonostante le mie rimostranze al momento del check out non mi è stato nemmeno fato un euro di sconto, addirittura mi è stato chiesto un euro in moneta per l'acqua dal minibar.. Tutto alla faccia del customer care... Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Non c'è niente che colpisca di questo hotel. Dovevo soggiornare 1 notte e va bene per questo. Le camere sono bruttine, la colazione lascia a desiderare, nel complesso l'ambiente dell'hotel non è dei migliori. Non capisco il fatto che abbia 4 stelle. Io ho speso 59 Euro 1 notte, ma allo stesso prezzo ho soggiornato in hotel molto più confortevoli e con camere più belle

Ho mandato mia figlia di 14 anni con amici per un evento di danza sportiva e sono rimasti veramente soddisfatti per tutto, quindi ringrazio vivamente, e visto che questo evento si fa ogni anno, l'hanno prossimo sicuramente saranno di nuovo li'. Grazie da una mamma.

Localização excelente para compras no Castel Romano Outlet Center no município de Pomezia, localizado em zona industrial, não indicado para turismo ou férias. óTima opção para compras em vésperas de viagem de retorno pois fica próximo e de fácil acesso ao aeroporto Fiumicino (Roma)

Parcheggio comodissimo. Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Pulizia degli ambienti in generale. Segnale WiFi buono, ma probabilmente poca banda, per cui difficoltà a navigare. Cibo della colazione di qualità un po' scarsina. Mancanza d'un appoggio per sapone/shampooo all'interno del box doccia.

Struttura non degna delle 4 stelle camera superior matrimoniale un loculo , ristrutturato molto in economia molto evidente ,tende sporche e strappate, rereption come se non ci fosse. Se cercate un vero 4 stellle questo è da evitare .

Gentilezza e cortesia del personale, struttura dell' hotel semplice ma efficace. Posto che il parcheggio esterno è considerato non sicuro dallo stesso staff, il parcheggio interno ha pochi posti auto.Le camera sono ben insonorizzate dai rumori della strada ma non da quelli provenienti dal corridoio.

Il personale molto gentile è professionale,le camere sono carine,ritengo che sia un buon albergo. Se arrivi da fiumicino per arrivare con I mezzi pubblici devi fare veramente un tour de force.per fare gli otto km che separano l'albergo da zoomarine la tariffa mi sembra alta,50 euro per andata e ritorno.
