Hotel Gabbiano    

I liked everything, very comfortable, best breakfast if compared to other italian hotels, super hospitable owners of the hotel!

Hotel stuff was really friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, also great to have free wifi. Great value for the price.

One of our rooms had a door lock problem, but was no real issue as hotel was secure and in a nice area

Limited parking away from hotel

We absolutely would recommend this hotel.The manager Luka and Lilly made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is overlooking the beach and with the discount given to visitors in Gabbiano hotel you can get 10% off for the umbrella and the lounge chair. Also, Luka suggested wonderful and not very expensive restarant that gives you another 10% off when you show them that you are from Gabbiano hotel.Our train was leaving Rimini at 06:45 am,so we were given huge breakfast to take with us. We can't say enough good abut Luka and Lilly and the very polite Gabbiano staff. We will share our great experience with everyone we can.Good job guys!

Nothing bad to say. Maybe it is not for the people who loves luxury - it is not a grand hotel. Rooms are on the smaller size,but was enough for us- you don't stay in the room during the day,you either travel or on the beach

We both enjoyed our stay the owers were very friendly and so very helpfull, would stay again and will tell all our freinds, will stay again, they also gave us a pack up cause we were leaving before breakfast.thank yoiu.

Excellent service and superb location for a beach holiday

We made a last minute booking and stayed there for one night. Hotel stuff was really friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, also great to have free parking and wifi. Great value for the price.

The two Hotel staff we met were friendly and helpfull.

The room for two adults and two children.( 12 and 16 year old ) was very small with a small bunkbed and a very small bathroom. It was not explained in the booking that the beds were going to be bunkbeds. We did not enjoy the breakfast as the various breads for toast were either sweetlike or tasteless

Un hotel veramente carino, lo staff molto gentile e disponibile (per me fondamentale!!!), le camere molto pulite, la vicinanza alla spiaggia. Lo consiglio e ci ritornerò!

Forse la colazione: un pò scarsa quando sono scesa ma hanno immediatamente rimediato e poi ho apprezzato il cappuccino "da bar" e non "da macchinetta".

- Der Stand ist gleich gegenüber vom Hotel - Endlos flaches Meer - Hotelinhaber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - Kleine Zimmer aber völlig ausreichend

- Das Frühstücksbuffee war nicht schlecht, hätte aber etwas mehr auswahl haben können, vielleicht auch mal Italienische Spezialitäten

dell'albergo nulla,il parcheggio è un filino distante dall'albergo.

небольшой, но уютный отель на первой пляжной линии (от пляжа отделяет дорога). приветливый и готовый во всем помочь персонал.

парковка довольно далеко от отеля (300-400 метров). номер на 4-х тесноват. отель отлично подходит 1-2 ночевок, но не для длительного пребывания.

lo staff e la gentilezza del personale ottima

отель расположен в первой линии. Интернет хорошего качества. Уборка в номерах каждый день. Свой бесплатный паркинг. Завтрак традиционный европейский

Было душно, кондиционер централизованный не включался, вероятно в связи с тем что сезон не начался. Паркинг находится в 250 метрах на отдельной площадке, психологически это напрягало, т.к. он находился на территории небольшого стадиона.
