It was silence, comfort, cleanliness
It was not fair to ask more money for breakfast! It were bought 4 doubles and a triple for 3 nights; Two doubles and a triple had breakfast, but the rest of rooms, not; one person from triple room never came, so we lost money, but instead we were asked for money for breakfast for the other 6 people (could be asked for money only for 5 people, it was paid the breakfast for triple room);it was initially asked 7 euros / person for breakfast and then 10 euros for not having breakfast in all 3 mornings. It was an awkward moment.
What Rome had to offer to the tourists. The hotel was nice.
We had free Wi-Fi included, but you had to connect with the user name and password that were provided by the staff (limited to 10 hours of use, but after the first 10hrs ended, we requested some other accounts)
Staff was friendly and nice, breakfast was fine.
The wifi was a nonsense, even paid, terrible! The bed is by far the worst I have slept on. The room was small and the hotel is quite old.
The room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine. Location was good and close to termini station. Free wifi because we booked an executive room.
The bed was so hard and uncomfortable that I had a bruise on my hip and shoulder. The bathtub was very small and light therapy in the bathroom consisted of a pair of LED lights in the ceiling. We were a little disappointed in our executive room. Definately not worth the money.
Rooms were very clean although ours had damp in the bathroom staff were extremely helpful with a room change and luggage storage (late flights, early checkout) good location lots of eating places within 5 minutes walk
Some rooms are at front of hotels are VERY noisy try to avoid if possible
The room was nice, although small. Staff were helpful
breakfast was poor - if you had a second cuppacino or espresso you had to pay 2.5 euro - quite expensive as you have already paid for the breakfast.
the room was VERY clean and a great value for the money
this is not exactly a criticism, as it has a positive aspect to it: the room smelled of bleach. Which meant it was very clean, but also that I had to open the windows to air it out a bit.
The location in perferct near Termini railway station. Good restaurants and pubs around.
Internet is expensive and poor quality. Building elevator is very old and small.
The staff were rude and noisy in reseption till the early hours of the morning
The only positive point was the close location of the hotel to the train station, and it was the only reason I booked this hotel, because we were arriving to Rome a bit late at night
It does not look like a hotel at all. It was a shared building between so many hotels. It has a very old and scaring elevator. Bathroom was not also acceptable at all
Breakfast was simple but adequate. Location is good. Very near termini.
Hotel is at second floor and the whole building has only one lift. Some difficulty with carrying luggage up or down.
Room had no window and was too small
No free Wi-Fi??? THat is just stupid.
