Rooms were very clean although ours had damp in the bathroom staff were extremely helpful with a room change and luggage storage (late flights, early checkout) good location lots of eating places within 5 minutes walk
Some rooms are at front of hotels are VERY noisy try to avoid if possible
The room was nice, although small. Staff were helpful
breakfast was poor - if you had a second cuppacino or espresso you had to pay 2.5 euro - quite expensive as you have already paid for the breakfast.
the room was VERY clean and a great value for the money
this is not exactly a criticism, as it has a positive aspect to it: the room smelled of bleach. Which meant it was very clean, but also that I had to open the windows to air it out a bit.
The location in perferct near Termini railway station. Good restaurants and pubs around.
Internet is expensive and poor quality. Building elevator is very old and small.
The staff were rude and noisy in reseption till the early hours of the morning
The only positive point was the close location of the hotel to the train station, and it was the only reason I booked this hotel, because we were arriving to Rome a bit late at night
It does not look like a hotel at all. It was a shared building between so many hotels. It has a very old and scaring elevator. Bathroom was not also acceptable at all
Breakfast was simple but adequate. Location is good. Very near termini.
Hotel is at second floor and the whole building has only one lift. Some difficulty with carrying luggage up or down.
Room had no window and was too small
No free Wi-Fi??? THat is just stupid.
