Gala is small hotel located near metro station. Good price/quality ratio, friendly staff. Easy to find if you travel by car.

It is a budget hotel

Breakfast supposedly inluded in the price but manager charged for it. It is not the price, 3 Euros. But the surprisw.

The staff that greeted us on our check in where very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the bed was comfortable. Easy access to centre with a metro station and Tramm stop right in front of hotel

The man that took care of breakfast was very rude and arrogant. And the guy that was in recrption during the night was always looking bored and if you ask him something he shows you that he was pissed off to help Out. The shower had fixed shower handle and so every time one had to take a shower it had toinclude the hair which was not feasible for me

The staff was kind and helpful. Free of charge wifi. Metro and tram just outside the hotel. Fridge and kettle in the room. Easy access to the motorway for excursions.

This small family hotel has all possible facilities (given the price) and it is well situated, just in front of a Metro station. Easy connection with the central station. Friendly staff.

Everything is old and needs to be refurbished.

We reached the hotel at around 10 pm on the first night and were greeted by the most rude person ever! He made an annoyed face to see us there and didnt even try to speak a word of English or gesticulate to us. We somehow managed to get our keys and shut ourselves for the night. The morning staff were very nice indeed and cannot fault the hotel for any of its staff or services. Good value and good staff and good service! Just need to make sure that their night staff can handle guests in a respectful manner at the very least!

Best place ever. Clean and mew rooms. Nice view from the balcony. Sauna and swimming pool on the roof - super. Evereything was comfortable and ready for our arrival. Very friendly staff. Friendly guy Hesus at the reception - is the best) Told us everything that we wanted to know about Barca (where to go, what to see and so on..), booked tickets to Sagrada Familia (no markup or extra charge) and told us how to get to Kamp Nou stadium by metro. In the morning, when we checked out, he let us keep the car on the hotel parking through all the day. Super. Hesus, if you read this - you are really great guy, thank you for all you've done for us!) I wish every hotel, we stayed in this holidays in Europe was the same. Best price, Best conditions.

We travelled by a car and it was really hard to find the hotel. We were driving by 2 or 3 times)) But the we asked someone on the street the way and found it easily. Its not a con really (considering all the prons:)). No light on the roof at night. My mate fell down in the swimming pool:))) That was really fun:)) Thnx God he didnt have his passport or any electronic devices with him at that moment:)) Be carefull))

On the date of 18 to 19,our last stay,during the evening I was just simply ask wifi code,the night receptionist was extremely rude,I am working at hotel for many years and traveling around world,this is my first time had such bad experice,this kind of staff can totally ruling the reputation of the hotel. You might be given the excellent service 99%, but maybe only 1% can change the cause of the future. We don't mind how good the failities you given, for the guests who are really care is serive and respect,we paid for this room and service u given. Please respect ur guest and you will get same respect which equals ur will get good business.

The hotel is located near the metro station, which is 4 stops from the Duomo Square. The surrounding area is quiet, 300 meters from the hotel is a great supermarket. Accommodation was nice, very helpful and friendly staff, rooms well equipped (fridge, safe, satellite TV, towels, toothbrushes and many more.) Breakfast was awesome. Coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea or juice and foods (croissants, fresh bread, honey, jam, or a typical Italian risotto or English breakfast.)

Nice stuff, very good location (it is 15 minutes walk to Central Railway station), substantial breakfast. If your check-out is very early in the morning you can always ask the stuff for breakfast to take away! Very nice family-run hotel! Thank you a lot!

Good location, close to the metro and train, great pizzeria near, elevator, fast wifi, good breakfast, tea, sweets, safe, fridge and electric kettle in the room

personnel doesn't speak English, drunk Russian tourists were very loud, draperies were not clean (white with large yellow spots), bed is uncomfortable.

Really good value for money, very large and clean rooms, excellent breakfast, staff were very very friendly. Facilities as in 5stars hotel, you will find there everything what you need! One of the best and interesting places we have stayed at, would definitely recommend.

it's a small family hotel with not more than 10 rooms, pretty decorated. there was a kettle and fridge in the room, and wellcome tea bags and bonbons. it's was too sweet. the hotel has great staff and varied breakfast.
