La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, Ottima posizione in una via allegra e frequantata. La colazione è veramente troppo misera. La cosa peggiore è che il giorno precedente alla partenza non vengono cambiati gli asciugamani, anche se sono per terra, ma piegati e rimessi al loro posto! Ho dovuto chiedere il piacere di cambiarli alla cameriera. |

Het personeel is uitermate prettig en denkt mee als er iets niet in orde is. Aanvankelijk hadden we een kamer aan de straatkant waardoor het niet mogelijk was om een raam open te zetten vanwege het geluid. We konden deze verruilen voor een kamer aan de achterkant die zeer rustig was. |

camere coerenti con le foto, posizione centrale dell'hotel, staff accogliente e disponibile (soprattutto una signora alla reception assolutamente gentile) nessun aspetto sgradito che io possa ricordare, anzi.. complessivamente molto soddisfatto. forse solo un dettaglio da migliorare: la vasca nella mia camera aveva la tendina per la doccia, quella dei miei amici il box. Sarebbe carino mettere il box, anche per ragioni igieniche, su tutte le vasche |
