Every thing excellent. Very quick press service. near the center Doumo very close. metro station very close. two stations, san babbella and doumo stations. close to shopping area. very quite. nice staff. There is no unsmoking rooms for all the hotel. I don't now why??? |

The location was perfect, and even though it could be a bit renovated to look more modern, all services in the hotel were quite accessible and the staff was very helpful. |

The hotel staff was accomidating and friendly... Wonderful beakfast. A highlight of the stay. The hotel did not have non-smoking rooms. The smell was a problem. Rooms a bit worn and dated. |

The hotel is located at the central of milan which helped us alot for planning our tours around the city.The breakfast , Staff and other facilities were good The furniture is quite old and needs to be replaced |

Location. Friendly staff 70ish style. Not a 4 star hotel. Uncomfortable old bed. Tiny TV. Non-smoking rule is not always applied unfortunately for hotel and had to change before finding an ok one. |

location was great , had everything we needed we were only given one bath robe , one set of slippers and one towel , yet we were a couple ??? not sure why. The powerpoints don;t work properly when trying to plug in overseas adaptors for electrical items , when pushed in the switch does not work |
