location was great , had everything we needed

we were only given one bath robe , one set of slippers and one towel , yet we were a couple ??? not sure why. The powerpoints don;t work properly when trying to plug in overseas adaptors for electrical items , when pushed in the switch does not work

Its location. Very near to the Duomo and the shopping areas.

There was a funny smell in the room. Plus the aircon wasn't functioning properly.

Attention to detail. Clean. Simple and basic facilities.

Not the hotel directly. When taxi for the airport booked then a classy Mercedes appeared which finally charged EUR20 more than average (EUR70). Some guests may think that this was planned. At least guest must be asked first of ´type´ of transport. Booking taxi from the hotel of course convenient. This is a mere remark.
