The facilities and the level of customer service was just excellent. The next time i go back to Padova i will definitely stay at the same hotel, and i would highly recommend it to anyone else. |

We were hugely disappointed to find that the Spa (very prominant in the hotel's own website and the reason I chose this hotel) was not free to access for guests. It was 50 euro for two guests! I complained that their website mentioned nothing about charging but the staff just said that really they were a business hotel - and they offered no concession. |

clean and comfortable suite with a big bed and a large bath-room unprofessional receptionist : she did'nt offer to change the heading of the invoice when I noticed that It wasn't registered to me - It was impossible to use the pool : at 6.00 p.m. it was closed yet ! |

nicely appointed room (triple), hotel new, clean and well kept, pretty extensive breakfast for Italian standards, one can definitely walk to city center along canal or cross town so we thought location for this beautiful city was very good, very good price/value quite extensive breakfast for Italian standards, coffee at breakfast is a disappointment (dispenser producing horrible coffee) - was a surprise for a hotel in Italy ! |

L'accueil sympatique du personnel et la proximité au Parc d'exposition de Padova. La proprété des chambres et l'ambience "design rigolo" des parties communes. Petit déjeuner copieux. assez bruyant quand on ouvre la fenêtre. Café infect au petit déjeuner. Les horaires de la piscine qui ouvre tard et qui est fermée à 21 heures; |
