The staff was extremely accomodating and friendly. They upgraded me to a larger room and always remembered my room number so I did not have to ask for my key. They also allowed very late check-out. |

L'emplacement est parfait. L'hotel est moderne et confortable. le service est pro. la chambre n'est pas grande et un peu sombre (mais très jolie). L'Hotel est un peu bruyant la nuit (couloir et petite rue attenante). |

L'emplacement du Gallery Art Hotel au pied du ponte Vecchio est idéal pour visiter Florence et le shopping. Très calme, personnel charmant, jolies chambres,très propre, décoration design avec beaucoup de goût!!! et un restaurant gastronomique incontournable, original et délicieux!! Séjour excellent. |

Sehr schönes Design-Hotel, das wirklich ein Design-Hotel ist.Geschmackvolles Interieur, schöne Bäder, sehr gutes Frühstück (für 12 €/Person). Sehr gute Lage - und ruhig. Netter Staff, wir wurden mit Prosecco auf dem Zimmer begrüßt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen! |

durant les quatre jours le personnel a été d'une extrème gentillesse,très polis et très acceuillants.la situation de l'hotel est fabuleuse car nous sommes en ville sans vraiment l'etre!pas de bruit,pas de passage et personne ne pourrait croire que nous sommes à une minute à pied du fameux ponte vecchio!!!! merveilleux petit séjour!!! |
