The location was brilliant and the room was very spacious. We had a balcony with a nice view.

Very central, but being in a 'vicolo ' it is relatively quiet,

A bit trendy for a mature couple, e.g. lot of loud disco music in lounge and dining areas, even at breakfast! We had a meal at the Lungarno Hotel (Ristorante Borgo San Jacopo) and this was a much more grown up place with much more comfortable seating overlooking the Arno..

The location was perfect. Nice modern classic design. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel had a cool funky look and feel. Location was great the the room was large with plenty of space.

Room 707 is wonderful. It's a penthouse.

Perfect location, walking distance to main attractions. Clean and tasty room. Very comfort bed.

Breakfast not included in the regular rate and high cost to add it (25 euros per person per night). Air conditioning turned on automatically during the night (you have to ask the front desk to turn it off, which is not very practical). Also, difficult to get a shower without pouring water on the floor.

I enjoyed staying at the Gallery Art hotel because it was a hotel I used to stay at regularly on business before it was bought by the Ferragamo Family as part of their Lungarno Collection. It was great to see what had been done in the redesign and to still feel the same sence of simplicity I had enjoyed. The room was small but elegant and had a balcony which I was thrilled with as it gave me a little view of the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio. Breakfast was not included but was available at 3 of the hotels in the group. I enjoyed eating also at the restaurant on the other side of the river at the The Continental roof terrace was wonderful for a great view of Florence and drinks with friends. Violetta on reception was delightful and very helpful. This hotel and it's sisters is a wonderful place from which to see Florence.

The staff was extremely helpful and considerate. The breakfast had quite a variety and was excellent. The location is right on the Grand Canal at a Vapparetto stop. The room is very quiet with the windows closed. We loved it.

I liked the location, the design and the food. The wifi sevice was easy to access.

Location design and shared services with sister hotel. My room 312 had a very nice large balcony. Room size was adequate.

Only complaint was access to shower in the bath. The glass door only just opened wide enough to step in because of a heated towel rail inside the bath area. Room 312

Achei super bem localizado! Quarto amplo e confortável! Porém, pedi cama de casal grande e colocaram duas camas de solteiro juntas q nao oferecem conforto! Sem falar q o banheiro tinha algum problema q durante o banho a area do banheiro enchia de agua! Fora esses detalhes, super recomendo e voltaria!

Die Dachterrasse, die auf Bildern suggeriert wurde, gab es gar nicht. Für ein relativ gewöhnliches Stadthotel mit kleinen Zimmern und ohne Zusatzausstattung (Spa, Dachterrasse) viel zu teuer!
