Should add directions to reach the hotel on their web site, and so should Booking, and explain how to avoid a fine. The public areas of the hotel could be cleaner.
Location is best. Our room was nice and pleasant. We were not asked to pay for the WiFi. The staff was very helpful.
The location and proximity to the sights was great. My daughter-in-law loved the huge bathroom.
Everything about the hotel was great. Staff was very helpfull, breakfast was fantastic, the bar/restaurant had the best cocktails!
Service was excellent
good service, clean room and goodnlocation
Leaving your Gallery Art Hotel and beautiful Florence.
My wife and I were impressed with your first class and contemporary design of your hotel, our room size, and very comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious and stylishly appointed bathroom especially two basins. The breakfast was outstanding with very friendly service. Assistance with tours very helpful and we dined in two of the restaurants recommended which were outstanding. The notation and gift of birthday champagne was very much appreciated. Fantastic location of hotel and loved the exhibition and sculptures.
Locatio and friendly staff
WiFi not working at all in room 706
Location, staff ready to help, good breakfast.
The hotel and staff were excellent! We will definitely be back.
luxury and proximity don't come cheap. Nevertheless, i would not hesitate to return
Stylish boutique hotel in the heart of Florence, a stone's throw away from Ponte Vecchio and city center. A professional and charming staff is attentive to the every need of the clientele. The decor is a successful combination of elegance, comfort and art. A visit to the bar/Restaurant recommended!
Amazing hotel, great location, very professional staff.
Mmmmm..... Oh! It was difficult to close the bathroom door.
The location is more than good. Ponte Veccio in 100m, but it's almost quiet here (with opened window!!!). Comfortable room with enough place to put or hang things. Breakfast with scrambled eggs and other nutrient things. Staff, tolerant to my bad English and miserable Italian (and my poor memory), ready to make even more, than I ask. Wi-Fi without problems (I have read some reviews with complaints, but it was really good! May be it is poor higher?)
Friendly staff, amazing bar. Excellent location. Beautiful hotel with designer and art details.
needs better blowdriers.
Staff was extremely helpful and warm, the location was perfect for all the sights, everything was clean and well-kept. It was a high end boutique hotel with modern conveniences, without being costing a fortune. I would definitely stay here again.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Art Hotel. Making an effort to speak a few words of Italian just makes a world of difference. For me it was a necessary respite after staying in a noisy apartment and it has a very relaxed ambience to it.
The location of the hotel is fantastic - about 100 metres from the Ponte Vecchio, but on a quiet street off the main road. The hotel was clean, service was great, and they have a lovely lounge downstairs inside the hotel as well as outside part of the restaurant - great for little nibbles and a cocktail. The decor of the hotel is really nice and we felt very comfortable there. Wifi is free and very fast too!
Staff friendliness and dedication to provide best experience for guests.
The location was perfect - just steps from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was extremely helpful with reservations, directions and shipping products home. They were very professional and always greeted me with a smile. The hotel was amazing and I would definetaly stay there again!
the bathroom of the room when we take the shower the water comes out of the shower protector and fill the floor of water
Location was excellent. We were upgraded to a penthouse suite for our 5 night stay. Room was lovely and views from two balconies were stunning. All staff were friendly, professional and very accommodating. Concierge handled all dinner reservation requests and a last minute request for next day wine tasting and car tour. We really enjoyed staying here and would happily return. No charge for wifi and the breakfast was also very good.
just needs a better wifi connection.
Location, Staff and everything else. i was on my honeymoon and they have upgraded my room as a complimentary wedding gift
Some staff are still not verse with tourist places and locations in Florence. But overall, it's a good hotel and next time I visit, I'm sure to stay there again.
I love the toiletries. I like the room clean and great location. It's close to all the good restaurants we like.
- No water kettle and strangely no wine glasses even though they offer wines and openers in the minibar - Some of the surcharges charged by concierge is a bit too high - Some of the staff are not attentive and hospitable enough considering it's a hotel mostly for tourists. More of a free-style management, should have a more structured training as to keep up the great service which we have enjoyed with some of the staff.
- Staff Elisa is exceptionally helpful - Excellent location, central to good food, shopping and sight seeing - No complain about the size of room as we are well aware of it before we book but be aware that it is quite small if you have many luggage - Cheaper rates for rooms that face the small square which has no sunlight as surrounded by high-rises, but you do have a small balcony and we are mostly out for sight-seeing - The bar area is great especially the tented area. Reasonably priced with good selection of drinks and snacks
Reception staff were not very welcoming, but concierge was nice; our sheet was not clean the first night; laundry broke a pair of our trousers but we got reimbursement 5 days later; sound proofing was poor
Good location; service is fine; modern decoration; a nice library
