Good location, nice clean rooms, very relaxing library room Staff were all in a hurry, generally rude especially one male member of staff. At this level of establishment staff should be better trained. |

I loved the buzz, atmosphere and staff in the fusion/ restaurant bar - I loved the double shower.- Clean sheets every night pure heaven!! Hotel too cold- breakfast poor choice - lack of info re the facilities at sister hotels without asking - waiting for water to come through system ( a bit strange) |

nice situation, very central, well decorated rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff at the reception desk staff during breakfast not friendly, no view from the room |

Excellent hotel and very convenientl;y positioned in Florence. Only issue is price casued by the weakness of the pound against the Euro. |

La situación es perfecta,junto al Ponte Vechio.La habitación perfecta, apenas hay ruido,la cama muy comoda.El personal muy amable hace la estancia muy agradable.Sobre todo en recepción atención muy profesional. Nada,todo perfecto.Quizas mejoraría el desayuno,pero era correcto. |

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel dès notre arrivée. Le staff est très professionnel et souriant et aimable, les chambres sont chaleureuses et le service est impeccable. C'est un bel hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation. |

O hotel em causa correspondeu exactamente ás minhas expectativas que procuro num hotel, não só as características geralmente exigiveis de conforto e bom atendimento mas também um espaço moderno e funcional. |

Le design, le calme, la proximité du Ponte Vecchio et del Duomo. Le supplément de 10 € pour le petit déjeuner en chambre, mais ce n'est qu'un détail. |

Ubicación fenomenal. Un hotel muy cómodo para moverse por el centro. decoración moderna y funcional. El baño un poco deteriorado pero muy limpio. |
