- The Botanical Garden: home to more than 12,000 plant species and Vergine Annunziata, a wonderful painting by Antonello da Messina in the collection at the Palazzo Abatellis Gallery, in one of the most important Gothic-Catalan buildings in Palermo.
- Politeama Garibaldi: a grandiose theatre built between 1867 and 1891 in shapes inspired by ancient Rome, which holds up to 650 spectators and is home to an excellent concert season. The palm garden in front of the theatre is the site of a music stage, a pretty Neoclassical work dating from the end of the 1800's.
- Teatro Massimo: the most important theatre in Palermo, it is located in Piazza Giuseppe Verdi, a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Inaugurated in 1897, at the time it was second only to the Opera Theatre in Paris and is still one of the biggest opera theatres in the world.

I liked the decor and the breakfast was very pretty. Staff very helpful too. Would have liked an English tv channel eg CNN or BBC. |

L'hotel est situé en plein centre du vieux Palerme, à proximité de tous ce qu'il y a à voir. Le buffet déjeuner est absolument à revoir. C'est très limite sur le choix. |
