Για μια ακόμα φορά όλα ήταν τέλεια. Το ξενοδοχείο αυτό δεν επιθυμεί να σε εντυπωσιάσει καθώς είναι απλό και με άποψη. Αυτό που σίγουρα καταφέρνει είναι ότι κάθε φορά που φεύγεις θέλεις να επιστρέψεις. Bravissimo!

Extremely obliging staff and comfortable rooms. Lovely city.

Great breakfast. Decent size room room / bathroom. Good location. Friendly staff. Generally clean and modern feel in an old location. Only one out of character item: bedroom carpets could do with a good shampoo -they looked dirty

Very nice hotel, with amazing helpful staff, who gave very good advice on where to go and what to see. They alsa helped with arrangements such as visiting whine yards etc. Rooms where nice and clean. Breakfast was really nice. All in all we had a terrific stay at GHR, and we strongly recommend it to others,.

The beds however where a bit to hard. Only thing we missed was a balcony to really enjoy the great view of the landscape.One other negative remark was that the parking were not for free. Actually it was cheaper to park just outside the hotell on the street. Sometimes thoug, it was difficult to find a vacant spot.

The fact that I return to Gallery hotel 12th times in 5 years say it all.... The hotel facilities are excellent and the stuff as usual are very warm and welcoming.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

La posizione in centro, il silenzio, il panorama della camera

Un pò di confusione la cena al ristorante....servizio prenotazione scarso....

Etwas schwer zu finden, da man durch enge Gassen fahren muß. Eine Straßenbaustelle hat dies zusätzlich noch erschwert- dann "Aha" Effekt. Wunderbare Lage mit Balkonblick auf das Panorama, das man allerdings ziemlich teuer bezahlen muß. Das Personal sehr nett. Das Frühstück vom Buffet ist reichhaltig und gut, die Atmosphäre angenehm.

Die gebuchte "Suite" mit Balkon ist ein recht enges Doppelzimmer mit einem großen, leider völlig pflanzenlosen Balkon, Sonnenschirm wurde erst auf Wunsch am nächsten Tag aufgestellt. Traumhafte Aussicht auf den Ort. An dem Zimmer gibt es grundsätzlichlich nichts auzusetzen, außer daß es eben keine Suite ist, da fragt man sich schon, ob denn der Preis angemessen ist. Ein Parkplatz für 12 eur/ Tag auf der hoteleigenen Fläche hinter dem Gebäude steht dem Gast nach Aussage des Personals nur zu, wenn er nicht online zu "reduzierten" Preisen gebucht hat, oder wenn zufällig einer frei wird. Ansonsten gibt es für das Auto in den engen Gassen nur Halteverbote und einige Parkflächen außerhalb des Stadttores mit Automaten- Abkassiere. Der angepriesene Whirlpool (Plastik- Pool) ist eher peinlich. Er befindet sich auf Stockwerk -1 über dem Parkplatz, nicht etwa, wie man glauben möchte auf einer Dachterasse, ist abgedeckt und wird auf Anfrage geöffnet.

La posizione e la vista veramente bella, questo però non compensa il prezzo elevato della camera. Il frigo bar è gratuito ma non ci sono alcolici.

Ho prenotato una suite ma mi hanno dato una camera che sicuramente non lo era, le foto e la descrizione non corrispondevano a quelle su booking. All'arrivo nessuno ci ha aiutato con I bagagli. Il personale è insufficiente. Il costo del parcheggio è elevato. Il wi- fi non c'è in camera, non arriva il segnale. Sul comodino c'erano delle formiche. Gli scarichi della doccia e del lavandino funzionavano male.

Mi ha colpito positivamente la posizione nel centro della cittadina. E la struttura, un palazzo antico ristrutturato. Bello il caffè opera. Qui finiscono gli aspetti positivi. Il resto e' negativo.

Mancanza totale di servizi. Un 4 stelle come questo non ha nessuno che aiuti i clienti con le valige. Nel mio caso il ragazzo della reception, davvero poco cortese, non si e' degnato di aiutare un minimo. Colazione di livello medio. le camere sono belle spaziose ma molto spartane. La tv funziona male. la mattina avevo chiesto il checkout un'ora dopo ma sono stati irremovibili. Mi sento di consigliare l'hotel in quanto l'unica struttura di livello a Recanati. Ma costa troppo per quello che vale.
