1. Location is convenient for public transportation; 2. Stuffs are nice; 3. Room is clean and quiet.
1. My friend brought her own tower during this trip, but after the first day the tower was taken away by mistake by housekeeping, coz white color. Then we talked with the night receptionist about it, he promised to look for it, but no further reply ever. 2. One morning around 8am--9am, while shower, the hot water stopped, so both of us have to wait in a cold for few minutes for the hot water (very small stream and no longer than 1 mins) to finish the shower, that was an annoying feeling.
it's very close to the train station, and all the touristic place are easily reachable. Staff is very helpful.
Our window looked to an inner yard which is the back of the neighboring restaurant, and the people there were load during the morning. The bathroom and the shower cabin are really small.
The owner is kind personnel. Geographic is very good
The room is very noisy, toilet to small
Great location, also the advice I got from the team was very good. The resturants near were excllent
the elvavtor is very small but managable.
Clean room and bath room, super kind and helpful staff, super convenient location
location and staff very good, slept well n quite
bathroom small, hot water had to be fixed so we ran out of it,elevator small
great location, friendly English speaking staff, nicely furnished and equipped room with a balcony, cleaning every day, strong wireless internet a great place to stay for a few night when visiting Rome, you get what you expect for your money, well deserved overall rating
street is a bit noisy at night, on our last night we did not have warm water in the shower, washbasin was too big for the small bathroom, was inconvenient to move inside, but that's all
- Staff was very helpful and offered to store luggage until departure - Clean and comfortable private room and bathroom - Great location for a short visit to Rome when travelling by train
Goog location as so close to the train station so very easy to get around Rome and the rest of Italy. Nice restaurants on the same street and the best cappuccino and croissants just a few doors away! (Ask the hotel staff for the name of the coffee shop). Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean.
Hotel Galli is extremely close to the main train station. The staff are friendly and was kind to provide me a kettle to make drinks. Even gave us packets of green tea and offering of snacks.
The room given to us was a nightmare with dim lights and loud noise coming from the toilet, unless the switch is off. Which l did so as not to disturb my room mate in the middle of the night.
Locality is good as it is mins from Stat Termini. Price charge is abit on the high side.
No breakfast included
The staff there were very welcoming and helpful! Lovely to have a smiley face to greet you on day of arrival and every morning.
Extremely uncomfortable bed. Very noisy
My husband and I only stayed one night at Hotel Galli. Very good location near Termini Station. Only a 15min walk to the colosseum. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The only negative about the hotel is the amount of noise from the hallway as people enter and exit the security door. Unfortunately the door is stiff and difficult to open so there would be banging and exclaiming at all hours. However saying this, it was only for a moment at a time but it would wake us up. I would stay here again despite this.
The hotel is just a block from the Termini station and it takes you approximately 3 minutes to get there. The is a lovely restaurant nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful and my stay there was most enjoyable. The price is real value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Lovely hotel. value for money. owner of the hotel is lovely !. cleanliness. silence. 5 minutes from the train station. I love it. Special thanks to Ms. Antonella and owner of the hotel. explained where to go eat dinner. solved my problem about moving to a hotel in Florence. will definitely be back to this hotel.Thank you very much !!!!
the location was perfect. The neighborhood was safe to walk even late at night. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful.
Too much noise. I would grade the hotel with a 7. It is not bad, but not as good as the booking.com rates it.
the staff is really enthusiastic, the room is clean and good
the shower room is small
Beside the great service, i loved the hospitality received. We felt like we were at home. We got there 1 day earlier than booked, had no option but called Galli owner and she was so helpful, found us a room at a hotel nearby at a very reasonable rate too. I couldnt expect more.
Good location - 5 mins walk from Termini trainstation. Hotel is clean and bed is comfortable.
Very clean, staff very pleasant and helpful, handy location, secure, comfortable bed.
Would have liked access to tea/coffee making facility. Lift rather tiny and bathroom awkwardly configured.
Personel very helpfull and localisation was for me ( Teravision bus) perfectly. Room comfortably and clean. I like this place!
Reception staff very friendly and check in was quick. We were offered fantastic home made biscuits upon arrival. Only a few rooms so nice and quiet. Room was spacious and very clean. Perfect for a one night stay when arriving and departing by train. Metro only a few minutes walk and hotel is right beside the shuttle to Ciampino and Fiumicino airports which only costs €6 per person (Terravision shuttle).
Elevator can only be compared to a coffin and very claustrophobic. Be prepared to take two trips up and down if in a couple with a few pieces of luggage. Small hotel on second floor therefore no bar but when in Rome its in the city you need to be. Not recommended for a long weekend break where you want some comfort. Area is not the safest as it is beside the station.
Located less than 1.5 blocks (100 yards) from the Roma-Termini train station, the Galli Hotel is run by a friendly and knowledgable staff. I would like to mention a special thank you to Doriana and Antonela, as they were very kind and helpful. Also, the hotel is impecably clean!
The shower is small, but this should not be a show stopper for you. This hotel represents a great value in a very convenient location.
very close to termini station and desk staff were fantastic on our first night in rome.
Very hard to find from the street. The elevator was ridiculously small.
