The room is very small and not comfort

The location was good, really close to the metro. The room was very warm.

The room was not so clean, we found some hairs in the shower of our room. The soundproofing was awful, someone was talking so loud in the corridor during the night. The price is not so good according to what the hotel offers.

No body there speaks other language than Italian,at the entrance and exit door there are alarms.Some of the rooms are under the reception desk so you need to get down by a really really small spiral staircase.

The staff is nice and helpful.We liked our room and daily cleaning.

The traffic was too loud outside the window.

it is situated far from Central Station, for that have to take taxi, which charge 20, Euro , so, you should add 40 Euro including the Hotel Cost. and i think in 100 euro you can have good hotel near Central Station.

Budget price not luxury. Good connections via metro. Easy to find.

Wi-fi singal was very poor in room 6 <-- this is easy to fix!!! There was not refrigerator in room 6. Noisy nights, other customer's use wc on the hall etc.

This is a basic hotel at a budget price. It is clean, everything works and the wi-fi is free. Location is quiet.

I had the single room which is pokey, not their fault and not incorrectly described. The double rooms at the front of the building are nice, light and airy.

First of all, the staff are really nice people. I left the phone in the hotel and these guys post it back to me. It's really nice guys. And the staff can give u call when u leave early in the morning. The position of the hotel is nice, about 10mins walk to the nearest subway station. The restaurant downstairs is ok, and the other restaurant near the subway station is good compared with the price and the food.

I prefer drinking hot water, but there is not.

No toilets inside the room

Only location is good - not far from Gambara metro station

Don't think to stay here....it is terrible place

This well located hotel is close to a supermarket, restaurants and a tube station which takes you to Duomo in ten minutes. It is clean, reception is open 24 hours a day and the staff were very helpful. It is a budget hotel so has few frills, but for a break in Milan I can't imagine wanting more than this hotel offered. It was roasting outside, and the excellent fan in the room meant we were never too hot.

Friendly staff, tv and fan in rooms, location within 5 minutes from metro station Gambara, safe neighborhood, close to restaurant, cafe and supermarket.

A bit noisy because of the main door safety system mechanism - we stayed in the room just opposite the reception.

The location was excellent

We ordered a double room but all they had was a room with one bed (not two), and the fee agreed upon at Booking.com was 50 Euro, but they tried to charge us 55 Euro. They should be fined and/or kicked off your website!
