Rooms have great little verandas overlooking the bay with lots of boats and palm trees. Very clean modern rooms with plenty space and good bathrooms with great showers. The hotel has a top quality, modern elevator which we really appreciated! The whole hotel gleams with cleanliness!

The view from our hotel room was just amazing! The hotel is in a fabulous location, the staff are extremely helpful. Thoroughly enjoyable stay - would definitely recommend!

Excellent location -- very good value -- we liked that breakfast was included in our room rate, and was a very good breakfast. We had nice room on third floor with balcony and view of the ocean. Staff were very helpful in providing information -- for example, where we could buy a adapter plug so we could use our NorthAmerican camera charger.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location on the waterfront in Rapallo. The room was clean and well proportioned if a little old fashioned. Rapallo is quite a lively and developed seaside town with plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities. There is a daily market just over the road from the hotel and boats to Portofino and around are within 5 minutes walk. Continental breakfast was pleasant with plenty of choice and nice terrace to eat it from. Parking was quite difficult - there are a number of pay and display spaces opposite but especially on market days they are difficult to come across. Hotel restaurant was Rossette Awarded but quite pricey. Plenty of other restaurants to choose from close by including a very reasonably priced Chinese restaurant within a couple of hundred yards.

Son emplacement, l'hotel se situe au centre ville au bord de la mer, attention cependant aux chambres des premiers étages car il se situe en face d'un rond point très fréquenté! Nous avons été très déçus car Booking.com avait indiqué que les chambres avaient été refaites récemment...et cela n'était pas le cas de la notre (veillot, sans chauffage). On nous a donné par ailleurs une chambre au 1ier étage, elle était très bruyante et la vue sur le parking ou plutôt le rond-point principal (beaucoup de passage, très bruillant) du bord de mer. Je trouve que cette chambre était chère pour la qualité du service ainsi que le confort et la propreté de la chambre. Nous avons également eu froid pendant la nuit en plein mois de mai...

Situation face à la mer, chambre de bonne taille avec balcon et jolie vue. Personnel agréable et connaissant un peu la langue française, c'est toujours un plus. Le parking de l'hôtel est trop petit pour recevoir toutes les voitures mais un grand parking gratuit situé à 300 m à coté du port est la solution la plus simple. Ceux aimant dormir la fenêtre ouverte peuvent trouver l'hôtel un peu bruillant, c'est normal car il est difficile d'être proche de tout est d'être au calme absolu, cependant le double vitrage règle le problême et nous avons passé de bonnes nuits dans une bonne literie.

L'hotel é in ottima posizione a due passi dal centro e vista mare. La colazione é abbondante, varia (salato / dolce) con tanto di focaccia. Le camere e bagni puliti anche se avrebbero bisogno di essere ammodernati.. Parcheggi vicini tutti a pagamento

Pur essendo un tre stelle, le camere sono molto belle e spaziose, inoltre trovare un bagno con una doccia di quelle dimensioni non capita tutti i giorni e per persono molto grandi è perfetta. La gestione è ottima, il ragazzo molto cordiale, da volentieri informazioni su itinerari da fare e paesini tipici da visitare. A livello logistico dell'hotel nulla, forse però il prezzo della cena, nel caso una persona non soggiornasse a mezza pensione, è un po' troppo alto.
