We stayed here for 3 nights in December. Good location, although 10/15 minute walk to metro, only 3 mins to a bus stop which takes you to centre! Room very clean and comfortable. Loved the decor, staff friendly and breakfast delicious. Would recommend!!!!
Incredibly helpful and friendly staff who gave us lots of information to help us make the most of the weekend; plus a recommendation for a super restaurant just round the corner. Enormous choice of food for breakfast - we ate far too much. It was our second visit and we'd definitely go again.
Breakfast choices were one of the best in Rome
Room size was lacking
Great location and manager
Comfortable room, good bathroom. Able to open shutters and look out at the passing parade on the street below. Close to transport.
Being housed in an annex a couple of doors down the street from the hotel itself. Annex was an old building, lift was suspect. Only 1 instant coffee sachet, but plenty of tea varieties. Reception didn't seem pleased when I asked for more coffee sachets.
David and everyone were courteous friendly and extremely helpful and passionate about there work visitors and their city. Xx
Room was very small and odd shaped. Made it hard to have suitcase open and still move around the room.
This is a tough one to review because we had a bad experience at first, but they made things right in the end. When they did not have our room, they found one nearby and took our luggage there for us. Finally when we could check into a room, they upgraded us to a beautiful apartment next to the hotel with huge wooden front doors and an old fashioned lift inside. We felt so glamorous and fortunate to have our own "apartment". It looked brand new and was tastefully decorated and not plain Jane like so many of the pictures of hotels interiors in Italy that I looked at on websites. There was a computer desk so I could print boarding passes, and a nice bar area near the lobby. The night clerk was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't believe what I good deal I got through booking.com, and I can only imagine the cost of the upgraded room we ended up in. I could not have asked for better accommodations. I only wished we hadn't had to wait two days before we could enjoy them.
The daytime front desk clerk was very rude. They gave away my reservation after a credit card problem, without contacting me or booking.com even though it was still several days prior to the reservation. They said they were booked up and we would have to stay somewhere else for one night (out of four). I told them they would have to find us a comparable hotel. It was not, but it was nearby and we weren't in a position to hotel shop around. The next day they called the hotel they put us in and did not speak to me, but said it would be one more night. It was very disappointing because the Hotel Priscilla they sent us to had a broken shower, not a very nice room, and was literally right off the lobby, so it was very noisy late into the night. I called booking.com and let them handle it from there. I should have done that in the first place! They did a fantastic job and it was such a relief to speak English to someone that wanted to help me.
-helpful staff -good Wi-Fi -clean -value for money
Very good and helpful staff. Location a bit off of the usual tourist places, but central and practical. Short walk to the Via Veneto, and 15 minutes on foot (or direct bus) from Termini train station.
The breakfast is nothing to write home about.
Location comfort breakfast
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a good location and reasonable for its location.
We were a group of twelve there for a wedding, there was nowhere to relax with a drink so we had to go out and it was not a hotel to take children, not even a babychair
The blonde front desk lady was most efficient at explaining how to use the public transport in Rome.
the front desk staff members were not very friendly. One male staff member was defensive and quite arrogant when we sought help with internet access. We used internet to contact our children at home and 2 hrs access each day made that difficult. clear instructions on how to Log out would have been helpful.
bedroom, cleanliness, breakfast, staff
air-con didn't work very well
