Hotel in very close to Colesseo (Best place to visit in Rome), Metro station and shopping (food, ...). Not a 4* Hotel. Personal not kind. Breakfast is very poor, one restaurant is better then the other but the best one is very small so always full. The room was not very clean, noisy as the hotel is next to big avenue. |

It was a very standard hotel. The hotel did not provide an iron in the room and wanted to charge us if we used their ironing facilty in the hotel. I have never stayed at a hotel who wanted to charge us for ironing, this was extremely frustrating and was not mentioned when we booked the hotel. the room was also very basic and very small for a triple room. |

Location was excellent, 5 mins walk from Colloseum, 2 mins from Metro and with many cafes etc close by. Breakfast was good. Quite expensive ~ $400 per night for premium room (not suite) |

This was a very comfortable hotel and very pleasant staff, good range at breakfast, beds very comfortable, very close to the metro and the colosseum, very good value. While we were very comfortable in the hotel, I wouldn't stay there again because of the location - it was on a busy road (Via Cavour) and the traffic noise late at night and from about 5 or 6am affected my sleep. Also, it was in the ancient city which was great for sightseeing in that area but we always had a distance to travel back at night after meals/drinks out. It was right beside the metro which was great but the metro only has two lines and doesn't cover all parts of the city so we did a lot of walking, which was fine while sightseeing but we just wanted a quick journey home at night. |

Nice localization, near to Coliseum. I think the price was too expensive for the standard they offer. The hotel has 4 stars but the standard is 3 I would say. |

Proximity to colloseum, tour bus stops and railway station. Room size, comfort and cleanliness. There should have been more varieties of breakfast items. |

Big room with good balcony, good location very close to the main sightseeings. If you come very eary breakfast will be fine otherwise you will find nothing to eat. Very crowdy. They could add some flowers on the balcony. |

Great breakfast!! Fun and warm evening front desk employees. Wonderful towels! Great central location with 5 minute access to the Metro. Woman who worked desk in the daytime was very aloof. All other desk employees were fantastic! Disappointed that we were made to wait till check in time for our room after 23 hours of travel. We arrived at 11am. This is usually not a problem with other hotels. |

It is really close to the Collosium and subway. Very convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast is good (be sure you go to the one far down the hallway). 1. The air-conditioner didn't work very well. It was barely acceptable. 2. The staff was not very helpful. First, when I requested for Wifi service, they wanted to charge 8 Euro per hour but in the booking contract, it was guaranteed at 3 Euro per hour. I showed the receptionist the contract (printed from the Booking.com reservation) but he said it was not his business. He said I would have to talk to his manager in the morning but if I used Wifi that night I would have to pay 8 Euro an hour. Secondly, my wallet was stolen by the pickpockets in the subway (now I believe how serious the pickpockets are in Rome), I asked the receptionists to help me call the police but they showed no sympathy to a desperate guest. Instead, he pulled out a map |

Traveled togheter with my wife and her sister, we had a wounderful time on this hotel. Many of the comments on the internet was about the cleaning on the rom, and I can only say that my room was cleaned at all times to my satisfiction. (I travel alot and is critical to the cleaniness on the hotells, and if I am not satisfied, I change room or hotell) Th service from the personell was how I expected and could be better, however I got the feeling that it is above average in Italy, therefor I will give the service a pass score. The hotell is located in the middle of sentrum with walking distance from the moast. 500 m to the Colluseum, the metro is around the corner. The Internet cost alot. but there is a Internet cafe axross the street. The hotell did not allow us to Iron cloths on the room, ( due to the sice of the fuses, but a iron do not require more than our hairdryer so I did not by this storry) However the hotell had a service to iron for you between 9am - 5 pm ( somthing that you must pay money for) |

The location is excellent to visit the colosseum. The location is also close to the red line Metro. Breakfast was really good and staff were very fl exible with time. Negatives were the carpet and walls in the room need a clean. Also the air con is very weak. |

No location says Rome like this. Hotel Kolbe overlooks the Roman Forum at the foot of Palatine Hill. The Coliseum and Circus Maximus are just around the corner. |
Just a 5-minute walk from the Roman Forum and the Coliseum, Hotel Duca D’Alba is located in the popular district of Monti, surrounded by typical wine bars and restaurants. |
Starhotels Metropole boasts a fabulous location and a host of modern facilities, including a fitness centre, just 200 metres from the Opera House and a 5-minute walk from Termini Station. |
The elegant Hotel Morgana is set in the heart of Rome, 5 minutes from Termini station and links to the airports. Walk to the Coliseum in just 15 minutes. |
