Problems with electricity and terrible aqustic in rooms
Location is good. rooms are ok
Noise from street.
Location is great, staff are excellent.
Rooms were very hot and no air con in winter months.
Right down the block from the Colosseum and about fifteen minutes to the main train station.
I liked the friendly stuff and the information that they provided us regarding our everyday schedule.
I did not like the poor morning breakfast buffe w the small plates for the food. I did not like also the unstability of the temperature of hot water during my shower.( i have not experienced this elsewhere)
Breakfast central location
Room was little too small very tight bathrooms and difficult to move. Shower was hot and cold
No varieties in breakfast,
The hotel was very clean and nice to be in. We were very close to to the center.
The staff were rude and didn't seen to help us with questions.
Staff a bit miserable
The cleaness of the room
The rooms were small and could hear the other room..no privacy
The location was very good
The air con didn't work and the bed wasn't a double
Location is very central and the staff helpfull.
Internet extremely slow and keep dropping connection. Breakfast not very good and using miniature plates.
Hotel was in a good location, very close to the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. We walked everywhere, including Vatican City. Safe area, well lit.
The air conditioning didn't work at the room was VERY hot. Also quite noisy at night.
The hotel is situated in a perfect lokation related to all the large things that is worth seeing.
The staff working at the hotel was grumphy and could not give us any advice when we asked about resturants, spa or even when i asked to iron my dress shirt. If you ask me, they should not work in such a position and they destroyd or impression in total....... So do not relay on help from the staff.. Google is more helpfull:))
If you need Wifi look elsewhere. If you need service look elsewhere. If you want a boiling hot room this is the place for you, must have been 30+ Celsius in the room and no control except for opening your window. On check out day they start opening your room door as of 8:00am. calling as of 8:30am. They make it clear that you must go. Really did not feel welcome in that property from day one. Seems like it is a property that has been banking off its location since its conception. Desperate need of new management!
Everything within walking distance
The wifi was very poor
Location was pretty good. Easy access to all the major sites or easy to catch a bus to others
I didn't like the fact that the hotel holds your credit card hostage for the full amount, then charges your credit card for the full amount at check out. The problem was that they never removed the hold and I had to call my credit card company about 3 weeks later to inform them that I was charged twice and they removed the extra charge on my card. The hotel claims they didn't charge twice, but if you never remove the hold it is like you did.
Very helpful staff, with regards to advice to getting to the Stadio Olympico and getting to the airport. Excellent location. Excellent food.
Hotel was perfectly located, clean and comfortable, good value for money.
When booking with booking.com, I specified I was travelling with a child, ie 1 adult and I child from the drop down menu and then paid extra for a twin room. However on arrival at the hotel there was no mention of my child in the reservation and I had to pay 50 euros more per night ie 200 euros as I was told at reception this was to pay for his breakfast. Expensive breakfast!
Excellent location. And the staff were excellent.
The room was far too hot so we had to sleep with the window open & the road was noisy which made sleeping difficult.
We could walk to s. Pietro dei Vincoli to se Michelangelo's Moses. The Coliseum close for a sunset stroll, and the Forum et al very close. We also found many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.
The room was tiny and beds very small and close.
Breakfast and location. It was nice but many tours coming and going including us.
Smog. Hard to breathe.
Eveything was excellent
- free WIFI -good breakfast - nice people -very good location
It was very hoot in the room only heating was possible and when windows are opened there are huge noise, not possible to sleep . The shame for that class of the Hotel. Ask for the roome NOT from street side.
The hotel location was central, only 5 min away from Coloseum and forum and also Via del Corso. The room was top floor with private balcony and beautiful view of the old city Staff were very professional
Unfortunately I didn't think my bed was comfy, actually was hard but that's not a reason I wouldn't go back there again.
