Closeness to coloseum. Lovely staff. Treated great. Room lovely.
Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Gave all info requested, and helpful advice about the city, cabs etc. Sorted out problem with airport transfer (not hotel one) and anything else we asked. Bar food and restaurant prices very reasonable. Would stay again!
The lounge.very comfortable sofas and chairs. A quiet and relaxing place.
Just one thing.Therewas no tea or coffee making facilities in the bedroom.
Perfect location. Got upgraded to a junior suite which was lovely. Staff seemed to be able to handle even large groups without disrupting others.
Good location, close to metro and colosseum. Hotel quality was good, nothing out of the ordinary.
WiFi quality was poor. Had difficulty on Skype and websites were slow and unresponsive, at times not opening. Breakfast was of low quality and I would suggest getting it elsewhere. Limited selection, fruit were at times from the previous day(s).
Great location Clean Staff helpful Breakfast great selection
Hotel was fab - great service, beds very comfortable, we asked for a quiet room and it was perfect!
Air conditions didnt work well the weather there is extremely hot so I expected the air conditions was perfect but wasn't not in my room. And also the bath was too small
My room was modern, spacious and clean with a great view of the city. The staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. They were always helpful and accommodating. The location is ideal, only a short walk from the Colosseum and other main sights of Rome.
The Junior Suite is wonderful
No wi fi in my room
Great location, fabulous breakfast, large, comfortable rooms. A truly wonderful experience.
The shower doors weren't as tight as they should be.
Clean room. Towels and bed linen changed daily. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Really good Wi-Fi throughout the Hotel.
Not much choice on evening menu so ate out throughout the stay.
We especially liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the desk clerk, Roberto.
The other desk personnel, with the exception of a woman, were essentially indifferent.
Location Comfortable bed Clean Great breakfast
Lacked outlets beside the bed
Room was clean and comfy although double was two singles put together. The location is ideal - close to some attractions and more importantly the metro. Staff during the day were friendly, though some in the evening were sometimes short.
Breakfast was ok, although would have expected more from a 4 star. The balcony is a nice feature in the executive rooms, however the view was nothing spectacular. If you can afford it I would recommend it as being at the top of the hotel street noise is a minimum.
The location was great. In the heart of the old Rome attractions. Exchanged money for us. Breakfast was good, close to the subway and bus system. Lots of places to visit walking distance from the hotel.
The bed was two put together. Didn't care for that. Exchange rate was better at the exchange place 1 block away.
Position of hotel
We had to leave before breakfast was served and we were offered a boxed breakfast. This was so poor we didn't bother taking it. One old apple, dried crackers, jam and two bits of cake.
Situated near many antiquities-sites at walking distance. Next to Monti where one finds lots of good restaurants for dinners at very reasonable prices.
The bath-tub in the room was somewhat annoying to stand up when taking shower.
recommendation of a tour bus was not the best, but minor complaint in consideration of everything else. we had an executive room with a balcony and was just perfect
Confortable bed, friendly staff.
Rooms were comfortable . Coffee at breakfast was excellent! Location was great - either to walk to the sights or catch the Metro. The main bus and train station was close by. Reception Staff were very helpful. Good Value for money.
WiFi reception was hit and miss -It is free though.
Breakfast small variety
Close to train station and Coliseo
poor service; indifferent staff who would not help struggling ladies carrying bags up the stairs. Poor breakfast. No enough variety. Will not stay in this hotel again
Very clean and comfy rooms and bathrooms. Good breakfast..Near Termini station makes moving around very easy.
Hotel was under renovation but this info was not made available at time of booking.
