Hotel Gangi  

The hotel is located in the center of Piazza armerina and is closed to the roads that led to the restaurant I had chosen for the evening, to the visit to Aidone and its museum and to the the Roman villa and its incredible mosaic floors.

1. Our rooms weren't ready for us. They didn't have the singles, the rooms for married couples and those with twin beds set up correctly. 2. They left our passports out on display when there was no one at the reception desk which was practically all the time. 3. There were no sheets on some beds, no pillow cases on others, and the towels were missing. When they arrived, the towels were so old that they were completely frayed and there were large holes in many of them. We were a group that occupied 7 rooms so this was not just an odd occurence. 4. The staff didn't know what they were doing and though nice young people the hotle leaves much to be desired. No soap, no shampoo, no floor mat, one cup for two people. no one to man the desk so anyone could have come in and taken our passports on more than one occasion.

Good buffet breakfast and location.

Location mentioned on booking.com is confusing for the GPS as two streets have the same name. A better way to find the hotel could be advertised. We had to call the hotel to find out where they were.

Ottima la posizione centrale anche se un po' caotica in certe ore. Buona la colazione.

Una camera aveva problemi con la porta della doccia e una con l'asse del wc. Il resto tutto bene.

Confort della camera, pulizia, cortesia del personale, buona posizione.

Les chambres ne sont pas très belles

Qualità della struttura.

Aggiungere regolazione ventola climatizzatore.

Ci si sta veramente bene, mobili nuovi, infrastruttura nuova, personale gentile.

Bien situé, prestations correctes, accès à un ordinateur avec internet

Vue sur...un mur! Le parking privé est en fait 2 places dans la rue. Nous avons notamment écopé d'un pv alors que le réceptionniste nous a dit que l'on pouvait se garer sans problèmes à ces places!!!

Habitación pequeña y oscura aunque de muebles nuevos y sin moqueta. El baño bien de tamaño y limpio.

Locatie.

Ouderwets meubilair, geen view. Dit was geen probleem voor ons vermits we maar 1 nacht bleven op onze doortocht naar Taormina. Maar voor enkele nachten vond ik het geen aanrader.
