The hotel was very clean, the location was very close to the train station and the surrounding area was safe. The shower had fantastic pressure and the water was always hot and all in all good value for money. |

Good location, good price for room They take money from my account 45 euro and they say that they return 45 euro to my account, but it is already a week and from money nothing!P.S.I Was paying for the hotel 85 euro cash when I arrived! |

The hotel staff is very friendly. Very clean bathroom. Seems that sheets and towels are changed every day. There is a safe in the room. We used the internet in the hotel - everything worked fine. Overall experience - positive. A little bit too noisy - especially in the mornings. For those whom it might be interesting - very small elevator. |

Nice room, cleanly. Speak english on the reception. Good place: near the central railway station, bus stop to Malpenza (airport), metro station. 20 minutes on foot to the city center. Noisy. Bad sound damping (the street sounds are on the room). |

The position of this hotel for the metro and train station is excellent and the staff were very helpful. I would recomend this hotel if you want to visit milan. |

Staff friendly and helpfull, clean, quiet, and comfortable and Centrale Station is just across the road. Will always try and get in here when i stop off in Milan in future. The price i got it for was a bargain. The lack of a shower curtain might be a concern for some people but you can shower without drenching the bathroom if your carefull. This is only a very minor point. |

Good location, nice helpful staff, clean room, minibar in the fridge Take into account: when my booking at Hotel was changed by my request, the price was changed also and amount was 105 EUR and I’ve got the confirmation from the site about it. According to the hotel’s policy no deposit is required but they charged my credit card for 85 EUR 3 days before my arrival and charged me again fully (105 EUR) when checked out saying that they will return it later (!) |

Close to the train station The elevator is really small (and slow). 2 people + 2 carry on suitcases is all it can fit, so make sure you pack light. |

I liked the friendly staff and also the location for getting to all the tourist attractions When I came back late in the evening the lights along the corridor to my room were off and I struggled to open the door, maybe after a certain time the lights should come on amd go off when needed |

The location is excellent- just 500 metres from the Central Station , and the staff as well. Good room, good TV, good bathroom, clean. Good value for money. The locker they offered to the guests was really small... The doors needed to be repaired or change (very old building) , it was hard to close it sometimes and to open was terrible, really hard. |

The location to the main train station is great. Rooms are better than I anticipated. Small, clean rooms. Bathroom was a good size, but the toilet made noises all day and night long. Would recommend it for a budget stay. |
