Very impressed with the personnell who manned the Reception, especially the gentleman who welcomed us on Saturday as well as saw us off on Monday morning - the best I have come across in any part of the world. The actions of the gentleman who confirmed our flight information was appreciated. They all belonged in a 5* establishment. No frills, but that is to be expected for the low room rates.

The location is perfect, just across the Milano Centrale station. The bathroom is spacious.The hotel offer 10% discount if you pay in cash. Not much space in the bedroom.

I liked so much the polite friendly & very helpful staff especially Mr.Bini ,(the manager) & his reception team, who try to help you in every aspect E.g traffics,maps,entertainment .The room was very good,clean & ready at my arrival.The Staff was so friendly.The near by Metro & train stations were an excellent Privilege for the hotel location.. Wifi is charged,noise in cooridor when people arrive & you are in your room.

Really near to the train station and bus stop. Relatively valuable for money. The hotel facilities are a bit out of date. The receptionist is not good at English. But we managed to communicate.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, excellent location when traveling by train, cosy room with nice interior. Hotel interior in real life looks much better than in webpage photos! The breakfast is very sweet and sugary stuff, which I understand is typical in Italy. For us Nordic people eating chocolate cake in the morning feels a bit decadent! Could not figure out how to operate balcony door.

I liked the professional yet friendly atmosphere. The rooms were clean and the staff is very professional. The Hotel is very close to the central train station and the airport shuttles station and only 4 train stations from the Duomo. The metro is about 2 minutes away and there is a supermarket nearby. Also the area was safe to me and the surrounded by cafe's and restaurants that were open till late. I stayed there for 1 night and found no problems

Location and cleanliness. Nickle and dime-type extra charges. E.g., breakfast and internet are not included in the price, but at extra charge. When someone stays at a budget hotel, they don't want to experience surprise costs.

That the hotel was central for station. We had a long wait for the room on arrival because we were told there was a problem with bathroom. The room was tiny. Beds were un comfortable (hard mattress). Not enough room to walk round bed at side. Only stayed one night but would have been really disappointed if had been our main hotel for holiday.

Location is perfect, almost opposite the main railway station. The staff is very friendly, offering baggage storage and some other stuff with a warm kindness. The hotel should be updated a bit, elevator, and rooms should have more elegance - altough this kind of style is quite common in Italy unfortunatelly.

It is near central station (3 minutes walk). The staff is friendly, good size of room. You will get only one bottle some kind of disinfection gel ( which is like cleansing gel, shampoo, soap and so on).If you want to was your hair you have to buy a normal shampoo. It was pity a lit bit because was in Milan for a weekend and mostly shops don't work on Sundays. The hotel is quiet, but if you'll get the room near elevator ( e.g., 305, 405...) you are in trouble. Until the night all the time you have a terrible noise near your bed.

Liked this hotel very much. Perfect location for tranzit travellers and for those who is going to travel from Milan to other cities; clean and cozy rooms (not luxury of course but it's really nice for its price regarding 3stars rating), friendly helpful staff. The hotel where you want to come in, to stay and to return again. Didn't recognize)
