I liked the friendly staff and also the location for getting to all the tourist attractions When I came back late in the evening the lights along the corridor to my room were off and I struggled to open the door, maybe after a certain time the lights should come on amd go off when needed |

Good location, clean room, helpful and friendly staff who speak good English. The bathtub had a shower attachment but no wall mount or shower curtains. |

The location to the main train station is great. Rooms are better than I anticipated. Small, clean rooms. Bathroom was a good size, but the toilet made noises all day and night long. Would recommend it for a budget stay. |

The hotel was fine, there was a lack of information in the rooms about Milan, etc etc and what the hotel offers, e.g. times for breakfast etc. Excellent location Our room must have been near the staff accommodation as it was quite noisy in the mornings |

the location is excellent with good access to central station and the underground,rooms were clean and our room was nice and quiet,staff were helpful and friendly don't have a room next to the lift, as our friends did - the rumbling up and down noise disturbed them a little |

easy to find, great public transport links, nearby railway station, shuttle bus to airport, when one has limited time and wants to manage many things , the hotel has perfect location combined with good rate. Shower gel was not provided |

Location is good, the staff is very helful and kind! Good standards for the hotel (entrance). The single room is small by fairly decent, the shower could be better but it s ok! |

Located 5 minute walk from Milan Centrale railway station and Malpensa airport express bus stop. Trams, trolley buses passed close by and large public gardens about 500m walk. Good cheap restaurants close by, and two McDonalds and supermarket within 200 metres. Room was large, very comfortable and clean with windows that opened. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lift was very small and pokey. |

Location near to the main train station Room still had an empty bottle from the previous occupant. Staff were not friendly. Even directed us to an internet cafe though there was internet facilities available within the hotel |

The most I like is to be close to Milano Central Train Station as well as to the metro station, McDonalds, Internet cafee and some restorants. Just a few stops you get to Duomo and the other sights. The noise level is acceptable but I can say it for just my case. Have no idea about general. Elevator is not good - it decreases the quality of hotel. |

Good location. Room and bathroom clean. - No shower curtain with the bathtub so you transform the entire bathroom into a swimmingpool when taking a shower. - the window of the bedroom was facing a small interior square where constructions were starting at 8am. - Housekeeping did not refill the toilet paper, we had to call to get some! - The visa card terminal was not working when we checked out |

We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the Central Train Station while being in a safe neighborhood and receiving good reviews. We found the staff to be professional, graceful, and helpful. Facilities were clean and high quality. Very good restaurants are nearby. All-in-all, our experience at Garda was excellent. |
