Staff were polite and helpful. Room was a decent size. Located very close to the Central Railway Station and Metro. Breakfast was ok. Shower curtain was not effective. Water splashed onto bathroom floor. |

Friendly staff, great position near Milano Centrale, good breakfasts, clean comfortable modern room with en-suite, and the desk staff minded our luggage after checkout so we could visit more of Milano Bed was a bit hard otherwise it was great. |

Breakfast Terrible noisy room. Night staff who insist on charging me for another room in order to switch to a less terrible noisy room. Decor, fittings, shower, carpets, creaky air conditioning. Worst hotel stay I can remember, truly horrible! |

Friendly welcome, nice room, good hotel bar. The air conditioning in the room was facing the ceiling right next to the window and did very little to actually cool the room. We ended up calling reception at 1:30am to see if there was any chance we could get a fan. We could not, and so spent a very uncomfortable night in a hot and stuffy room. |

The staff and Front Desk was very helpful, they helped us to book the train trip to Venice and provided city maps; breakfast was delicious and I loved that you provided cappuchino, not only tea and coffee. Rooms were nice, always cleaned, with clean towels and new shampoos every day. The lobby is nice and cosy also, a bit retro style, reminds of home. The rooms were not very light (but the location probably is the key) and carpet was not so clean as I would wish (I did yoga excercises on it). Also in the rooms to the garden mosquito nets should be added to the windows because I felt as if mosquitos wanted to eat us! |

This hotel is wonderful!! Just down the street from Milan's Central Rail station. Superb staff and full breakfast. We were truly pleased and would book again. We stayed 4 nights altogether. Rooms are huge and so are bathrooms. Spotless. We highly recommend. |

The hotel was very very close to the railway station which was excellent. The room was really nice and very modern. Currently being renovated. The shower was a bit small and hard to get into. |
