Service was excellent and staff were very helpful. Dinner buffet was very good and large selection of food .Hotel itself was clean and 5 mins from Gardaland. Breakfast buffet could be better, and dinner buffet was a quite expensive but very good. Gym and\sauna would be nice. |

Hotel offers a superb holiday for kids with inhouse entertainment. Kids simply loved it. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and the hotel grounds are very well kept and looks like a fairytale hotel, especially at night. |

I can not say that I liked something. Maybe only the fact that is near of the Guardaland. Breakfast,room, service. Moreover we received a room for people with disabilities and when we booked the room we were not informed. Also the price was exagerated . We paid 330 euro and the regular price for a similar room is around 200 euro.Very, very dissapointed. |

Location is good to do excurtions round lake Garda Too expensive for what it is poor b'fast and rooms too small also you have to pay for the parks something you do not do in other parks in Europe when you stay in their hotels.Pool very strict you have to wear a cap and kids cannot jump in. |

The hotel is very beautiful and the shuttle service to Gardaland Park is excellent. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean Breakfast was very poor, no toast, no baked beans. Youghurts were not in a single serve cup. Food from hotel is very expensive and there are no nearby restaurants near the hotel. Some staff was not very helpful. Room was given to us after 3.00pm as they were very busy. |

lovely hotel if you are visiting Gardaland. the swimming pool was lovely also, great place for families with young children. breakfast was very good, buffet dinner at night was also very good. You can only get a special deal with the buffet dinner through the official gardaland website, otherwise it is very expensive. You need a car if you want to venture out to other restaurants. We stayed 3 nights, 2 nights would have been better. |

The staff was very friendly and the shuttles to Gardaland were very convenient. The breakfast buffett could use better variety and the nightly entertainment in the courtyard was on the loud side in the room. Luckily, the kids were wiped out for action packed days for it to affect them. |

Very efficient and friendly staff. Nice facilities designed for children incl swimming pools. Very near the Gardaland park with non stop bus connection free of charge. Clean and comfortable room. |

we stayed at garderland resort in july with are children, we found the hotel comfortable, the staff was helpful. nice swimming pool, food was OK. close to the all the garda lack amusement parks. |
