After reading some of the negative reviews, we didn't find any negative points! The staff were helpful and very friendly, the breakfast was much better than I had expected! We are already looking forward to our next stay.

There were alot of kids activities and entertainment, and the included buffet breakfast was good. We had one evening meal there which was expensive but good. It was close to Lake Garda.

To swim in the pool you had to have a swim cap, which of course they had for sale. I didnt see the point of them and it just seemed like a money making exercise, but maybe its an italian custom. The food and drinks were very expensive relative to the quality, especially at the pool bar. The kids entertainment was sometimes very loud and went late into the night after our kids had gone to bed. The bus to Gardaland was very crowded.

This is a great resort for kids. Yes it can be a little expensive but the quality is fantastic. We all loved it, enjoyed the food, slept well and had loads of fun. Found the staff very friendly and helpful overall, especially Elena and Enzo. Will go back in a few years when the kids are older

The location is a bit out of the way and it's difficult to get to many of the other areas around the lake without a car also the wifi is limited to common areas only. That said only minor faults really as we very much loved the place

I did not lIke anything, this place is too far to be called a Resort. They don't even know the meaning of Resort. Poor service very badly organized and one of the worst breakfast buffet I have ever seen. I will never reccomend this place to anyone.

It was close to the attractions such as Gardaland and the pools were nice.

We felt the cost was high for what you got. We also found the buffet breakfast to be particularly dis-appointing. It had a very limited selection and the quality of the food was extremely poor.

The rooms and the pool were really nice and the majority of the staff were friendly. The breakfast was ok and towels were changed on a daily basis.

The food and drinks were very expensive. A maid took 50 euros from our room. swim hats needed to go in the pool. Only one restaurant near by - need a car to get out and about.

Room, pool, territory are very clean.

Very poor breakfast and the same every day Additional bed for 3 years old child isn’t comfortable. It’s very high and no safety accessories. In result, my son fall down from this additional bed. I didn’t want to take this additional bed, but “ this is the hotel’s rule” – I heard on the reception. And I paid for this bed €15 per night. Also very strange rule – to wear cap for swimming in the pool. In fact, long hair don’t fit into this cap And people cover only top of the hair the rest hair in the water and they can swim, because they have cap. But if your hair is short and you don’t have cap – you can not to swim, because you don’t have this cap.

The atmosphere is very relaxed and the decor is very fitting if you have young kids.

The breakfast selection is limited.

Hotel was close to Gardaland Park and 5 mins to Pescheria. The pool was nice.

Gluten free options were very poor and very expensive. We were charged 24 Euro for three GF ice creams in the a la carte restaurant(queried the cost and they halved it). Very little fruit available at breakfast time ..which was a pity.

It was close to Gardaland although too far to walk but they had busses.

Food was very expensive for what it was and unless you had your own transport you were restricted to eating there.

Our stay at the Gardaland Hotel Resort was highly enjoyable. The hotel itself is very impressive and the rooms were lovely and clean. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The entertainment for the children in the evening was also very nice.

The hotel is not very close to restaurants and the city so you only have a choice of two places to eat at the hotel and both very expensive. Food not very good at the pool area and very pricey. When booking, I believed that the hotel provided a free shuttle bus to and from the station however when we arrived in the afternoon we had to take a taxi to the hotel and pay for the taxi. Since the hotel is far out a better transportation system should be considered for persons not travelling by car, in order to avoid costly taxi services everytime you want to go somewhere.
