Child-friendly, near Gardaland, nice and tidy surroundings, nice and neat hotel.

Rather expensive dinner

Great hotel. Excellent food. Shuttle to the park to avoid the traffic in and out.

The hotel is not close enough to the park, and there is no shuttle back to the hotel after the park closes due to the traffic that makes shuttle service practically impossible. If you want to stay until closing, or even after closing while you can still catch an evening show or shop, you need to walk back to the hotel yourself, approximately 800 meters.

Very clean, very good breakfast.

Triple room has only two beds and sofa, which is not so comfortable. There is not bar in the room. There was a "nice" smell of fertilizer.

Completely Gardaland Park oriented, excellent for families who want to enjoy the park

The Hotel is pretty expensive, as well as the bar and souvenir shop.

Courtesy bus to theme park was very useful.

Internet was only available in lobby at a cost & the system failed throughout our stay. We expected 2 x double beds but 1 was a sofa bed. On arrival we were informed the computor booking system had failed & there was no record of our payment, we showed the staff our booking conformation clearly stating fully prepaid, the following morning we recived a phone call from the manager requesting us to come to reception regarding the payment, the manager wanted us to pay the bill again & make a claim for reimbursement on proof of payment on our return to the uk.This experience spoiled our whole stay.

Food / Drinks a bit expensive considering that it caters for families with kids

The staff was excellent and the facilities good. The children enjoyed the pool very much.

The evening buffet was expensive, given we were offered no other alternatives.

The Gardaland Hotel did not disappoint - it is as clean and as nice as the photographs show. The staff (especially the restaurant staff) were extremely nice, friendly and helpful. The blue lagoon swimming pool is very clean, as is the whole complex. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this hotel.

The food in the restaurant is very good but is a bit on the expensive side - in saying that, we did eat there for the 5 nights we stayed at the hotel as it was very good. One tip is you can get your drinks included for an extra 5 euro per person, but you've got to ask for it.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied at all this time, since this is my fourth stay at this Hotel. We were given two rooms with just a small window and when I complained to the receptionist(whose name was Derek) he was very arrogant and told me that that was my room and that's where I had to sleep. Besides, inside my room there was a spider web which had been there for quite a long time. I dont think I will ever go to this Hotel again.

We liked the best thing was the pool area with a bar where we could buy drinks and little snacks. The big swimminpool, river and the mini club got ten points from our grandchild. She was the one why we chose the Gardaland Hotel Resort. As a grandparents we appreciated the quick service when immiadiately we arrived we got a room though it was much earlier than we were suposed to check in and that made us very happy. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent with a huge variety of different food. Own shuttle to the Gardaland and the Sealife make us easy to visit there because we game from Venice by train and had no car with us. When we had time to check out we had a chance to leave our luggage to the reseption and wait for leaving in the pool area, so anything could't be better. Thank you to the staff and the Hotel for the excellent service.

The only not so nice thing was that in the railway station there were no taxis so we had to come to the Hotel with Free Bus to Gardaland service and because our visit was taking place to the time when schools ended the busses were so full of young people who also came by train that we were afraid to take our grandchild in to one. Fortunately the busdriver was very kind and took our fear into consideration and made us some room in a bus that we could went in. At that time we had already missed at least 10 buses.

Very good hotel.Children and adults provides a unique feeling of a fairy tale.Organization staff excellent.We'll come back
