The staff were absolutely amazing. We stayed there with our 9 months baby and they responded to all our request always with a smile. Nothing was a problem for them. They even ironed a jacket for us when we asked them an iron. Absolutely great. Breakfast was quiet pleasant with varieties of foods. We will return.

The beach view from the window and quality is very good for the price. The mattress in the beds were very old you could feel spirals that heart my body.

excellent breakfast, helpful staff the internet was laughable - so slow it would take minutes to load a simple webpage. One staff said 'it works normally'. Another staff said 'we know we have a problem, we must ask someone to fix it. Overall impression: no-one cares to sort it out.

The staff were most welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is fine. Out of 10 I would score this hotel a maximum of 8. I did think the cocktails and the meal were very overpriced

Ottima accoglienza, personale alla reception molto disponibile, un po' meno il servizio in sala. Colazione a buffet ricca, volendo pranzare o cenare in hotel, I prezzi non sono più cari dei locali nei dintorni. Camera ordinata, spaziosa, con ricambio asciugamani giornaliero.Per trascorrere un week-end lo consiglio vivamente.

Secondo soggiorno al Garden: qualità costante, interessante "galleria d'arte", cortese e solerte staff, colazione incredibile, pranzi e cene "a pensione" di ottima qualità, stanza insonorizzata, nessuna sorpresa sul conto finale! Da consigliare

Die Nähe zum Kreuzfahrthafen in Savona Sehr enttäuschend waren die Preise in der Bar des Hotels. Für 3/0,33 Fl. birra moretti und 1/8 offenen Wein wurden von einer männlichen Bedienung Eur 14,00 verlangt. Eine weitere Runde derselben Getränke (von einer weiblichen Bedienung) kostete Eur 23,00. Die vorgelegte hinter der Bar hervorgeholte Getränkekarte bestätigte: 1Fl. 0,33 Bier Eur 5,00, 1/8 Wein Eur 8,00, unverschämt hohe Preise, noch dazu bei der gleichen Getränkerunde ein Preisunterschied von Eur 9,00!

La posizione dell'hotel e il personale disponibilissimo , una prima colazione variegata e abbondante lo rendono una meta da tenere in ampia considerazione per il futuro . La prossimità alla passeggiata lungomare lo rendono piacevole anche per brevi soggiorni di completo relax . Ci tornerò sicuramente .

La posizione è perfetta: non è lontano dall'autopista ed è vicinissimo alla passeggiata marittima ed alla spiaggia. Il personale è molto gentile, gli ambienti sono accoglienti e ben curati, la colazione è abbondante e varia. Avevamo una camera tripla molto spaziosa ed abbiamo potuto mettere senza problemi il lettino da camping del neonato. La camera era curata e pulita, così come il bagno provvisto anche di fazzolettini e bustine igeniche per assorbenti. L'unica nota stonata erano I copriletto con bruciature di sigaretta (se proprio vogliamo trovare il pelo nell'uovo). Per il resto va benissimo per pasare un paio di notti.

Vicino al mare e parcheggio interno Per essere un 4 stelle, mancavano: - non presenti sedie, tavolino su balcone anche se ampio - arredamento datato - carenza nel breakfast, tovaglioli di carta e scadenti, contenitore zucchero e non bustine chiuse, biscotti confezionati, poca scelta, scarso approvvigionamento sia dei cibi che delle stoviglie nell'orario di punta - carenze nell'impianto antincendio, non visibili gli idranti, non segnalati gli sganci delle porte tagliafuoco; - parcheggio in cui si lasciavano le chiavi alla reception, ma alla richiesta delle stesse, non venivano consegnate direttamente, ma si doveva scegliere da contenitore, chiunque avrebbe potuto scegliere altra chiave, pertanto possibili furti

La gentilezza dello staff e la loro disponibilità Viaggiamo con il nostro cane e non sempre e' scontato trovare chi risolve piccoli problemi come quello di non lasciarlo in camera quando si pranza. Al Garden ho trovato veramente attenzione e cortesia. La struttura e' piu' da tre stelle che da quattro, ma in Liguria questo e' abbastanza usuale
