Great price.

The parking is very small. Very difficult to handle.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem for them. Very cool vibe in the hotel. Tasty breakfast with fresh juice.

We have stayed at 15+ four star hotels in the last 6 weeks and this one does not measure up to a 4 star rating. In my opinion it is a 3 star hotel - not what we were looking for.

Hotel parking very expensive

absolutely everything it was an amazing hotel we were 2kms from the port where we were getting a cruise ship. We had a suite /balcony /jacuzzi and a wonderful breakfast. I cannot praise this hotel enough

The Hotel Garden provided me with a spacious room with effective air conditioning and a restful environment in which it was possible to sleep well overnight. The breakfast was ample with a good range of options.

I found the distinction between 'B&B' guests and 'pensione' guests odd. It made me feel like a second-class citizen to be segregated at breakfast time.

Gave me a good night sleep.

This hotel is a strange mix of a 4-star and an youth hostel. Room ok. But the rest rather plain. Breakfast a very, very dull experience. Wi-Fi didn´t work. Avoid the garage. We had great problem driving up the steep exit. I recommend everyone with a car to avoid hotels in central Savona.

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the rail station and 5 minutes from the centre of Albisola Marina which is well located. All staff were very friendly, particularly those in the restaurant.

The bathroom required some tlc but was fully functional.

clean and interesting decor

I stayed at this hotel four months ago. The internet/WiFi was ridiculuous: on and off, and when on so slow it was next to unusable. One staff said they know they have a problem, they are trying to sort it. The other staff couldn't understand that the internet could be important. I now staid there again- exactly the same. Nothing sorted.

The efficiency, courtesy and friendliness of the staff.

Good location. Near to beach. Godd beaches. Frendly staff. Breakfast OK. You got what you paid for. No more - no less.

The "town centre" was a little to small.

Good location, close to the sea, with a pool. Wifi in the rooms and parking underground.

THe choice at breakfast was not big.

The exceptional staff service both at the front desk and in the dining room. All staff went out of their way to be helpful to assist in whatever way the could to make our stay a very pleasant one. Additionally the kitchen staff went out of their way to prepare a meal for me, bearing in mind my severe allergies. All staff showed a positive and helpful attitude to their work and client needs.

Pretty well everything. The breakfast surpassed all our expectations. This hotel is the best of all the 5 hotels we stayed in Italy during 2 weeks of trip in Italy.

Like in all other hotels in Italy, the bathroom is small compared to those in North America.

The staff were absolutely amazing. We stayed there with our 9 months baby and they responded to all our request always with a smile. Nothing was a problem for them. They even ironed a jacket for us when we asked them an iron. Absolutely great. Breakfast was quiet pleasant with varieties of foods. We will return.

The mattress in the beds were very old you could feel spirals that heart my body.

We really liked the Hotel its location and all the staff were friendly and very helpful - all speaking English. It is a very clean and great family run hotel and we will be back.

excellent breakfast, helpful staff

the internet was laughable - so slow it would take minutes to load a simple webpage. One staff said 'it works normally'. Another staff said 'we know we have a problem, we must ask someone to fix it. Overall impression: no-one cares to sort it out.

Hotel was clean and good for the price 99E for 2adults/2kids, free wi-fi and breakfast. Garage is small but free parking.
