The modern facility, available internet connection, good restaurant. We went to the Hilton first and had a hard time trying to find out how to get to the Hilton Garden Inn, waited over 1/2 hour for a shuttle standing out in the street near the Hilton. If it had been raining, it would have been miserable. The Hilton Hotel people were less than helpful or concerned about our predicament. Go wait for a bus was about all the advice we got. |

I liked the contemporary design, spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms. It is ideal for being close to the airport for early morning flights. The room is well equipped fro business travelers as well as comfortable for everyone. I will recommend it to others who are traveling in and out of Rome. |

the rome was clean and comfortable. wi-fi access was fast and easy the restaurant. terrible. the service, the food. worst we had in italy. you should of paid us to eat there. would never eat there again. the bar service too was terrible but it looked like they were at least trying. people from the restaurant was coming to the bartender begging for any thing she could do. |

there was not the proper signage aat the airport telling us about the hilton garden inn so my husband and I dragged our luggage to the hilton and was told that there was a shuttle to the other hotel. we waited for a half hour by the fountain until one came. We decided to go to the airport for dinner bc the food at the hilton was expensive but it wasn't clearly marked where the shuttle bus would pick us up. we were lucky we saw it and ran. |

This hotel is not conveniently located at the Rome Airport as expected. There is another Hilton adjacent to the airport, but this is not it. This hotel requires a shuttle bus ride to get to. Names of the two hotels are extremely confusing. |

it had no porters to help with luggage.Parking should be complementary as should breakfast.Ithink that I was misled thinking that this was the hilton at the airport and not 5kms away.It should be mentioned on your website that there is one Hilton At the airport! |

We along with other guests found it vey difficult to get from the airport to the hotel. We stayed their because it was close to the airport. The suttle service was a joke. Never on time; somtimes full; and stop at airport poorly positioned and hard to find. As it turned out we would have been better staying in central Rome and commuting to the airport because it took longer to get from the airport to the Garden Hotel than from central Rome to the airport. We learned this when we visted central Rome latter in the day. |

Proximity to airport although there is a Hilton within walking distance of the terminal which I discovered later. CXheck in was very slow. I ordered room service but as it did not arrive after 1-1/2hrs I went down to the restaurant to get it myself. There is nothing (not even water) in the mini bar (you have to buy frm thr shop at reception). The shuttle bus was late. |

The place was very clean and staff was also very helpful. We checked in late at the hotel after our flight and although the restaurant was closed, the staff got us a meal. The buffet breakfast was also excellent. We would definitely recommend the place to anyone. |
