空港のInformationで、ホテルのつづりを見せたにも拘わらず、案内されたのはHilton Rome Airportの方で、そこのスタッフは、Garden Innへのリムジンの待合地点の教え方がいい加減で、待たされた挙句、結局来なかったのでタクシーを拾った- 。他の外国人も同じ目に遭っていた。同じ系列のホテルならもう少し丁寧に教えるように情報を共有化すべきで- ある。

・朝食がすばらしい。　　・部屋、バスタブ、ベッドなどもきれい。

・空港からホテルまでレンタカーで行ったが、「空港の近く」との感覚に反して　　実際にはかなり遠く、分りにくかった。もう少しホテルへの行き方を分りやすく　してほしい。

The modern facility, available internet connection, good restaurant.

We went to the Hilton first and had a hard time trying to find out how to get to the Hilton Garden Inn, waited over 1/2 hour for a shuttle standing out in the street near the Hilton. If it had been raining, it would have been miserable. The Hilton Hotel people were less than helpful or concerned about our predicament. Go wait for a bus was about all the advice we got.

The type of construction seemed to transmit noises, especially early morning room cleaning.

I liked the contemporary design, spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms. It is ideal for being close to the airport for early morning flights. The room is well equipped fro business travelers as well as comfortable for everyone. I will recommend it to others who are traveling in and out of Rome.

Good location close to the airport for catch up morning flights.

This hotel is not conveniently located at the Rome Airport as expected. There is another Hilton adjacent to the airport, but this is not it. This hotel requires a shuttle bus ride to get to. Names of the two hotels are extremely confusing.

Staff was extremely nice and helpfull. Front desk manager helped us carry our suitcases to the room since she could not find a cart. This was very much appreciated.

it had no porters to help with luggage.Parking should be complementary as should breakfast.Ithink that I was misled thinking that this was the hilton at the airport and not 5kms away.It should be mentioned on your website that there is one Hilton At the airport!

We along with other guests found it vey difficult to get from the airport to the hotel. We stayed their because it was close to the airport. The suttle service was a joke. Never on time; somtimes full; and stop at airport poorly positioned and hard to find. As it turned out we would have been better staying in central Rome and commuting to the airport because it took longer to get from the airport to the Garden Hotel than from central Rome to the airport. We learned this when we visted central Rome latter in the day.

the hotel was minutes away from the airport. very clean and convenient for one day stop in rome.

Proximity to airport although there is a Hilton within walking distance of the terminal which I discovered later.

CXheck in was very slow. I ordered room service but as it did not arrive after 1-1/2hrs I went down to the restaurant to get it myself. There is nothing (not even water) in the mini bar (you have to buy frm thr shop at reception). The shuttle bus was late.
