Close to airport for early flight out.

Nice hotel, simple restaurant with excellent service, shuttle from airport, good for a one night stay while flying. free wifi throughout hotel and business centre to print boarding passes.

I liked it all and it was geat being near the Rome Airport. Thank zou

The shuttle to the airport arrived 20 min late (9.50 instead of 9.30 a.m. and I missed my bus to Pescara. There was no traffic problem from the hotel to the airport.

It is difficult to find the hotel shuttle from FCO Terminal 3. Better signage is needed or post the bus spot no. 11 on all reservations.

Convenient to airport & shuttle service provided.

Breakfast very expensive, over $50 for two people. This should be shown when making reservation as it may be a better option to get breakfast included in the room rate.

We were given incorrect information about the am shuttle to Airport. We were told that we could not prebook a shuttle before 0600 am. We needed one for 0415 am. The next morning after booking a cab for 20 Euros we saw another family in the lobby who were taking the same flight as us and they had prebooked a shuttle for the exact same time we had asked for which was 0415. Much to the dismay of the am desk clerk, we climbed into the shuttle with the other family and the desk clerk had to explain to the cab driver why he would not be taking us to the airport for 20 euros! She was not happy with us and nor was the cab driver. Next time, make sure your staff gives the correct information to your hotel patrons about the shuttle because clearly, you can book a shuttle before 0600 am!

Bus shuttle: although, on website, instructions to find it on arrival were misleading.

Hotel lacked atmosphere. It was too functional, no character, too much large open space. Long wait for book-in.

1. Shuttle driver dropping ALL passengers off at Terminal 3, International departures. Almost all of the people on my shuttle were on US carriers which means blindly wandering around Terminal 3, finding out we have to catch ANOTHER (airport) shuttle toTerminal 5 (which is about 1/2 mi. away by vehicle ONLY), then ALL of us wandering around Terminal 3 to find that shuttle. Is there any way HGI can arrange for its shuttle to also drop ppl off at T5 OR at least drop ppl off near the shuttle for T5 with the info about the second shuttle we need to take? 2. Shuttle REEKED of cigarette smoke!! I'm not joking to say we all gagged and started coughing when we boarded.

beds are way to soft, food at the restaurant was mediocre.

Very convenient airport location, clean, nice atmosphere, good food, reasonably priced.

Had to walk quite a ways to get to the shuttle bus from the terminal.

Rooms , free internet ,free shuttle to airport and staff were very friendly and helpful.

To pick up the shuttle from the terminal, you have to walk very far with your bags & there are no signs directing you.

Worse experience ever!!!!! The room we were first given was not cleaned my wife walked in the washroom and the toilet was plugged/unflushed full of fecies ...it made her sick to her stomach.... We missed the shuttle and lost an hour

It was convenient to stay the night before an early flight at Fumicino airport. It was very up to date in amenities and well cared for.

Compared to other places we had stayed and eaten in, it was expensive. I guess we paid for the convenience and location.

Very happy with my stay there.

5 euros for 1 load of wash, was kind of expensive, but the dryer ends up having to run it 3 times to get the clothes dry, and at 5 euros per load, that was very expensive.

Proximity to the airport and excellent free shuttle service. Room was comfortable.

Limited selections on restaurant dinner menu. There were no other places to eat nearby. The hotel also offered TV dinners that could be nuked in their microwave, but this was not very appealing.

Location: Next to Fiumicino (rome) airport. Short 5-10 min. Drive and drop-off at departure terminal of choice. Food was good, service ok, room nice, and enough staff spoke English.

NEver could get bed to inflate or whatever it was supposed to do. Questioned the check-in staff and they showed-up a drawing as to how we were to turn the knob clockwise (as I recall) and it would become firm. NEver worked but bed still ok; just very mushy. Another thing we noticed. Walking down the carpeted hall to our room, my wife spotted it first: around every door jamb, the carpet appeared to be dirty. Every jamb was like this. Didn't get down on our hands and knees to more closely inspect but it sure looked dirty. Might want to check into this. I presume that the Hotel just recently opened so maybe the General Contractor needs to have this added to his punch list.

My experience at the hilton garden inn was excellent. Simone at the front desk was friendly, helpful and efficient at check in. He arranged early morning transport which was a relief. The room was beautiful, clean comfortable and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The 3:30 A.M. wakeup call was on time. The 4 A.M. shuttle bus took three of us to the airport. Everything about my experience was positive.

Very difficult to find shuttle bus stop at airport, fortunately I was able to flag down the driver. Noise from runways until 10pm. Room was too hot and I couldn't figure out how to turn down the thermostat.
