Rooms , free internet ,free shuttle to airport and staff were very friendly and helpful.

To pick up the shuttle from the terminal, you have to walk very far with your bags & there are no signs directing you.

Worse experience ever!!!!! The room we were first given was not cleaned my wife walked in the washroom and the toilet was plugged/unflushed full of fecies ...it made her sick to her stomach.... We missed the shuttle and lost an hour

It was convenient to stay the night before an early flight at Fumicino airport. It was very up to date in amenities and well cared for.

Compared to other places we had stayed and eaten in, it was expensive. I guess we paid for the convenience and location.

5 euros for 1 load of wash, was kind of expensive, but the dryer ends up having to run it 3 times to get the clothes dry, and at 5 euros per load, that was very expensive.

Proximity to the airport and excellent free shuttle service. Room was comfortable.

Limited selections on restaurant dinner menu. There were no other places to eat nearby. The hotel also offered TV dinners that could be nuked in their microwave, but this was not very appealing.

Location: Next to Fiumicino (rome) airport. Short 5-10 min. Drive and drop-off at departure terminal of choice. Food was good, service ok, room nice, and enough staff spoke English.

NEver could get bed to inflate or whatever it was supposed to do. Questioned the check-in staff and they showed-up a drawing as to how we were to turn the knob clockwise (as I recall) and it would become firm. NEver worked but bed still ok; just very mushy. Another thing we noticed. Walking down the carpeted hall to our room, my wife spotted it first: around every door jamb, the carpet appeared to be dirty. Every jamb was like this. Didn't get down on our hands and knees to more closely inspect but it sure looked dirty. Might want to check into this. I presume that the Hotel just recently opened so maybe the General Contractor needs to have this added to his punch list.

My experience at the hilton garden inn was excellent. Simone at the front desk was friendly, helpful and efficient at check in. He arranged early morning transport which was a relief. The room was beautiful, clean comfortable and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The 3:30 A.M. wakeup call was on time. The 4 A.M. shuttle bus took three of us to the airport. Everything about my experience was positive.

Very difficult to find shuttle bus stop at airport, fortunately I was able to flag down the driver. Noise from runways until 10pm. Room was too hot and I couldn't figure out how to turn down the thermostat.

Its location near the airport is perfect for people who are in transit between flights. The staff was extremely friendly and available. The accommodations were nice and clean. The shuttle service is more than welcome to late comers.

The available swivel chair needed to be replaced because it had a completely damaged seat. I think this was the only negative point I could find!

Airport shuttle was the best!! We were two young travelers and our plane left at 9:30 am to the us. Staying here made our trek to the airport extremely easy. I would stay there again next time I fly out of Rome

The hotel charged me $60 for something I didn't purchase. I bought my dinner and it didn't cost $60. I didn't buy movies. I was only there at he hotel 12 hours. I bought Oreo cookies and was charged twice. My breakfast was included in room so what was the $60 charge. I didn't upgrade my room!

It was a perfect overnight hotel. Clean, comfortable, staff very helpful when my daughter needed a doctor, helpful that the staff spoke english and the doctor also. Restaurant good. Reasonably priced. I would stay again.

Waiting at night in the cold for the shuttle bus to arrive. No timetable, just saying "every half hour" no seating, We would have waited inside the terminal if we had an idea of the eta, as it was we must have just missed the previous bus so waited close to half and hour. There is a timetable from the hotel end, so should not be a problem to post at the stop at the airport. The hotel was remote with no other option than to eat at the hotel, couldn't buy cigarettes as the tobbachi was closed, a machine in the hotel would have been good.

The novel 'pantry pavillion' idea was great meaning you could choose to have a snack at any hour of the day or night.

Breakfast was not included in the hotel price therefore making it expensive for an overnight transit stay. Difficult to find the shuttle pick up location - half an hour to find the spot!

It is within a few minutes of the airport so serves the purposeof a quick stop for an early morning flight,or late night flight. It is purely a bed and meal hotel,no ambience,no service feom the F&B staff,would have been quicker to make my drink myself! But as a clean comfortable room for a night it serves a purpose.

No atmosphere. Not very welcoming and not up to Hilton standard.However it is not a resort,but a lodging for the night. Check in was prompt and very efficient.Rooms sparse and spartan.
