friendly staff, large room, balcony view, parking, nice facilities. poor public transport, probably because hotel was located 5 miles out of town, recommend hiring a car if your staying here. |

Of course it is not french or spanish 4 staar hotel but it is good hotel with very nice swimming pool for litle money. From this hotel is quite easy to reach Etna. |

The environs which surround the hote, the rooms and staff. Unfortunately, the public transport which arrives near the hotel has a very early last trip (8 pm) and the other buses have a bus stop quite far away from the hotel |

Swimming Pool Rooms were bad, leaking air con and bathrooms that the showers did not work in. Very run down and past it's best needs a good lick of paint and make over. |

Pool was really nice, very good value for money. For the price we paid I thought we had turned up to wrong hotel as it was so nice. Shuttle service also very quick and easy. Pool bar is only open in the evening. So if you want a drink for around the pool you have to go upstairs to restaurant. However there is supermarket and gelato place 5 minutes down the road. |

Pool, quiet surroundings, free internet access & parking, large size rooms and bathrooms for Europe. Road markers made finding the hotel easier from the harbour. Restaurant was a bit over priced for pranza, but excellent breakfast included. |

Took us some time to find this place-trust me it is not easy. Swimming pool only 6pm - joke! Be carfure. Bathroom needs maintenance touch. |

A konyha kitűnő, a szoba teljesen megfelelő, a parkolás jól megoldott. A szállodát a címe alapján nem lehet megtalálni, mert San Gregorioban van. A személyzet igyekvő, de az alkalmassága vegyes, idegen nyelvet nem beszélnek, kivéve a recepcióst. |

Fin plantering runt hotellet. Trevlig restaurang särskilt minnesvärd lördagkväll med dans Sängarna är hårda. Wifi fungerade inte på fjärde våningen. Att inte bassängen var öppen. |

La piscina immersa in un giardino tropicale,le ampie camere,il rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente favorevole e l'eccellente cucina servita dal ristorante dell'hotel Vecchia quercia gestito dal Sig. Carlo Calanni il tutto unito alla vicinanza dell'autostrada e delle mete turistiche della zona sono sicuramente i punti di forza della struttura. Lo staff della reception in alcuni casi non è particolarmente prodigo di cortesia (un po forzata in molti casi). I tour proposti sull'Etna sono "mordi e fuggi" e molto cari,da evitare assolutamente. Da rivedere la prima colazione ed il servizio bar in piscina completamente assente. |

El jardin que rodea la piscina en la que se puede cenar unas excelentes pizzas.La música y el servicio del bar cuidado. El precio y el aparcamiento amplio. Es antiguo. En los ochenta quizas se trataba de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. |
