We enjoyed very much the poolfacilities, bathrobes and bathtowels and we were surprised by the good food! The staff was very friendly and professional. The location was very convenient to visit Padua and to make some other trips. Our room was a bit close to where the mud (fango) "factory" which also works in the night with the lights on. So if you want to sleep with your window open it make quite some noise and the light might be disturbing...

L'ospitalita' dei dipendenti e della famiglia a capo della struttura l'ottima qualita' delle cure e dei servizi di bellezza e la competenza dei massaggiatori in particolare il sig.Lucio e tutto il resto delle offerte di relax e svago in generale. In piccola parte il bar della piscina all'aperto, e il fatto che la piscina offre pochi posti di idromassaggio all'aperto ma direi propio se si vuole essere pignoli al massimo, in realta' tuttomolto gradevole e professionale,la cosa piu' bella che non ci sono esterni ad usufruire della piscina che resta tranquilla e sempre con poca confusione.

дружелюбный персонал, приятная обстановка, неплохой ресторан, большой открытый бассейн, хороший парк – серьезные плюсы при выборе отеля. маленький внутренний бассейн, джакузи локального действия, отсутствие русского канала телевидения – вроде бы, мелочи, но общее впечатление несколько ухудшают. и, конечно, в монтегротто стоит брать машину напрокат, так как автобусы до падуи и абано ходят редко и очень редко (так же, как и поезда).

Sicuramente lo staff per la loro cortesia ed assistenza. Un plauso in particolare ad Alice (reception) e alla simpatica signora del bar - piscina. Ottima la pulizia di tutti gli ambienti, in primis della nostra camera. Pulita anche la piscina termale esterna; spaziosa e rilassante. Buoni I servizi in generale. Ingresso al centro termale + bagno turco + piscina interna tutto compreso nel prezzo. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante. Comodo il parcheggio coperto interno. Veramente pochi e secondari gli aspetti negativi. Sicuramente è richiesto l'ammodernamento delle 2 jacuzzi esterne, o quantomeno una sistemata generale. Mediocre il massaggio nella spa. Da rivedere certi punti delle ringhiere nella piscina esterna e altri particolari intaccati da un po di ruggine e calcare.

Hotel molto bello ed elegante, pulizia degli ambienti rigorosa, sia interni che esterni, la piscina è fantastica e davvero tenuta a regola d'arte, la musica subaquea poi, è davvero una chicca!!! Gli arredi sono forse un pò datati, ma confortevoli e comunque sempre ben tenuti. La colazione è ottima, internazionale e molto abbondante con un buffet molto assortito e invitante. Non abbiamo pranzato e nemmeno cenato. Umhhhh.....la cameriera ai piani, alle 9 del mattino ha aperto la porta e chiamato per vedere se eravamo in camera,(stavamo dormendo)e la mattina seguente alle 8.30 un cameriere ha chiesto di entrare in camera per verificare il frigobar,non mi era mai capitato. Un caffè costa €1.70 e un bicchiere d'acqua 1€......

Ottima organizzazione, riservatezza, tranquillità e quiete, buone infrastrutture interne ed esterne, servizio del personale svolto con discrezione, buona educazione ed efficienza. Il servizio ristorante è stato molto valido con cucina raffinata e di buon gusto. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti e penso di ritornarci anche nei prossimi anni.

Il mangiare veramente ottimo, noi viaggiamo molto per lavoro e devo dire che è difficile trovare un hotel con una così ampia scelta di piatti e di così buona qualità....per non parlare della colazione.....ottima.....abbiamo preso una camera superior, spaziosa accogliente e pulita, la piscina scoperta molto grande e immersa in un panorama veramente gradevole, personale gentile e disponibile, adatto anche per chi ha bambini piccoli.

Per la prima volta ho vinto la mia proverbiale avarizia e ho scelto uno dei più cari di Montegrotto, poichè I consigli di booking mi sembravano superiori ed orientare alla scelta "chi più spende meno spende". Non mi sono per nulla pentito. Sono abituato per lavoro ad ottimi hotel e questo merita le 4 stelle ed un ottimo giudizio. Camera grande, comoda, pulita. Accesso alle piscine gratuito. Ottimi accappatoi e teli compresi nel prezzo. Piscine pulite e con musica in acqua. C'era anche poca ressa. Sala relax ottima, calda e silenziosa. Una volta tanto mi sono veramente sentito soddisfatto della scelta Davvero poche segnalazioni critiche: camera troppo calda nella notte. Il rumore di fondo fastidioso di un motore o compressore nella sala relax (ma si notava solo quando lo si realizzava, se no neppure lo si sentiva). Piscina libera solo dalle 9 e fino alle 17 causa un corso di un fisioterapista tedesco (ma in realtà alle 17 non sono arrivati e noi siamo tranquillamente irmasti in piscina). Insomma piccole bazzecole rispetto agli aspetti positivi.

L'Hotel presenta ottime camere, molto silenziose e curate. Forse l'unico neo era la temperatura troppo alta. Belle le piscine termali con musica subacquea e l'idromassaggio.
