Hotel Garden  

My partner and I were very impressed with the hotel and the staff from the first day. They were extremely helpful, professional, warm, knowlegable, always happy to go the extra mile. We wanted to avoid 'touristy' restaurants and try authentic Italian food and one of the front desk girls, Martina, recommended a few fantastic places (not too expensive). She was also happy to print out train and bus timetables for us anytime we needed them (trips to Florence, Lucca and Pisa). The rest of the staff were really great as well. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, just 1 minute walk from the beach. They also have a lovely roof terrace on the 3rd floor and a nice bar downstairs. On our last day we had to check out by 10 A.m and even though we had an evening flight they encouraged us to leave our suitcases with them and use the roof terrace/bathrooms for the rest of the day. Can't recommend it enough!

Hotel in poor coedition and in bad shape

Great welcome, everyone spoke English. Hotel is well located in the center. Rooms are clean and nicely furnished. Television a bit weard and high but who cares... Loved breakfast where your capuccino is freshly prepared with a warm smile. Grazie mille!

The room was superb and the bathroom was new, we also had a view from the window of the sea (just about)

Breakfast was plentiful but I would cut down the menu and do it better

Large room for 3 persons. Good buffet breakfast. Silent air con system.

Very close to the promenade but as a hotel good value for money. Staff made us very welcome.

Check In time restriction but very nicely although we arrived very late because of weather conditions, they let us in with no problems at all.

the breakfast is poor and it's a pity because the hotel is very good. Hope that the management will improve the breakfast

Mi piace tutto nell'inseime in quanto avendo girato più alberghi nella zona ho reputato che quest'albergo è il migliore, vi spiego anche quali sono state le condizioni che hanno reso tale questa struttura: personale disponibile e cordiale, pulizia eccellente entri nelole stanze e senti odore di pulito e lo e' veramente non e' una sensazione olfattiva, camere comode e moderne frigo in camera, struttura in continuo aggiornamento strutturale. Lo consiglierei a tutti quelli che volgiono godersi sia il mare che viareggio cittadina in quanto è in posizione strategica, non fatevi illudere dalle strutture sul lungo mare che fanno lievitare I prezzi nonostante dispongono di strutture fatiscenti. La posizione di quest'albergo è parallela al lungomare e vi assicuro è molto più tranquillo di quelli vista mare. Provatelo sarete soddisfatti!!!!!

Staff estremamente cortese, disponibile e attento a qualsiasi tipo di problema; camera spaziosa e molto pulita; posizione ottima, praticamente in centro; buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ci torneremo.

Una notte soltanto ma comodo confortevole,gradevole nell'arredamento, accogliente. Colazione varia e abbondante, a buffet.Facile il parcheggio. Da ritornare.
