Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The staff here is marvelously friendly and incredibly helpful. Their language skills are excellent. The hotel looks lovely from the outside, and the interior does not disappoint. This hotel was a great value for the money. I would definitely go again, and would recommend the hotel for anyone looking to stay at Garda Lake in Italy. |

very nice staff. They do anything for you. Everybody speaks very good english and german. Very good location, close to the lake and walkingdistance to Bardolino (lungo lago, very nice!) |

Fantastiskt trevligt hotell och personal.Frukosten var jättebra hälsosam meb mycket frukt och grovt bröd det är man inte van vid när man får frukost utomlands. Eftersom vi var två par på samma bokning och blev placerade på olika ställen, ett par I hotellet och 1 par I Villan. Det hade varit bättre att få bo båda på samma ställe. Vi bokade väldigt tidigt så det borde gått att fixa. Vi försökte på plats men det gick inte att ordna. |

Sehr sehr nettes Personal, deutschsprechend und stets lächelnd, Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse perfekt(Es gibt alles einschließlich feinster Kaffee- Variationen). Zimmer sind sehr sauber und durchaus modern. Teuer, Preis- Leistung stimmt nicht bei Zimmern ohne Balkon. Diese sind enttäuschend und vermitteln nicht das Flair des restlichen Hotels. |

zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel (alle personeel), kamer met mooi uitzicht op het zwembad, afgesloten parkeerplaats voor auto, prima en uitgebreid ontbijt, kamer en hele complex schoon en goed verzorgd douchecabine (te) klein, kamer beetje aan de kleine kant (voor die prijs verwacht je een wat grotere kamer), prijs ontbijt zou in totaalprijs moeten zitten (dan zou prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding goed zijn), jammer dat we geen balkon hadden |

zeer goed ontbijd dat eigenlijk bij de prijs in moet zitten,gastvrijheid,rust en vriendelijkheid nadeel is de 900 meter naar het centrum maar met een wandeling langs het meer verbrand je zo wel weer wat van al het eten en drinken! |

Es war sehr toll! Die Lage des Hotels is echt super. innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man am Gardasee. Auch Orte wie Garda, Malcesine und Laszise sind innerhalb Kürzester Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Service und Personal ist perfekt! Frühstücksangebot war gut. Wir werden sicher nächstes Jahr wieder kommen! Kleine Mängel wie: Die Schranktüre blieb nicht zu und die Ablage in der Dusche war nicht zu gebrauchen weil sie locker war. |
