The Gardenia is one of the best 3 star hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are bright and very pleasantly furnished. The breakfast includes bacon and eggs (and English tea). Particularly, the staff are most pleasant and welcoming. It is truly a lovely hotel. |

Really really lovely staff willing to help at all times.good breakfast buffet, rooms a very high standard. we stayed on easter sunday and were each given a chocolate easter egg, very nice touch. the road outside the hotel was very busy day and night. |

This hotel was very friendly and when we arrived we were welcomed by staff. The cleanliness is very efficiant and well maintained. The room i booked had a great view as advertised on the website, very clean to my satisfaction. Only stayed one night but breakfast was good too, plenty of variety. Definatly a good choice of hotel. |

Very nice hotel - well kept and wel run. Only a 15 minute walk to the town centre. Staff were very helpful with organising trips and airport transfers. Only down side was the air-conditioning which was cut off at the start of October. Without it the room was very stuffy and hot. |

My wife Catherine and myself found this Hotel ideal for our needs. The finish and decor are of a very high standard, the staff were always helpful and cheery, every area had a high standard of cleanliness. We would recommend this Hotel and if/when we return to Sorrento then we would certainly return to the Gardenia Hotel |

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and wentg to great lenghts to make our stay as comforable as possable. The decor and quietness of the room, location, and also the excellent buffet breakfast made it a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Every member of the staff were very kind. I will be recomending it to anyone who want a hassle free stay in sorrento. |

Hotel staff helpful but keen to charge for every small service. Rooms very small... Had to pay for the use of towels for the swimming pool... Children and I were asked not to dive in the pool as it may splash other guests sunbathing... Why have a 3m deep pool? |

Very friendly family run hotel, best breakfast of the four hotels we stayed in, reasonable sized room with fold down bunk beds. Tidy and modern The prices of food and drink around the pool are quite high and you cannot book it to your room number. |

The staff at this hotel were welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was more than we expected and pool area were perfect for lounging or swimming. The room was perfect as we request for our family of 4. The walk to the center of town is 7 minutes away and mostly single file as the sidewalks are narrow. |
