staff were helpful answering any questions. nice pool and location to Lake Garda. The shower drain did not work at all and after 5 minutes, had to turn off water or it would have overflowed into the bathroom |

The staff were excellent. They really looked after us very well and were always very polite, proactively helpful and good humoured. The only criticism I would have would be the breakfast. Fruit salad was very obviously from a can, and the orange juice was very weak orange squash. It should not be a huge extra cost to the hotel to put on fresh fruit salad and proper orange juice. |

Very friendly Staff.. They eveen have umbrellas for guests if it rains... Nice locker facility at noo extra charge, just a deposit. Very Good Breakfast. Very near the lake (about 200 meters), Pizzeria, Ice Cream Parlor(the best in Rive Del Garda) & A super market. Also have a decent size parking for cars. Will Definitely recommend to all my friends who may visit this place No Lift |

Het ontbijtbuffet is goed verzorgd. Het zwembad is mooi en goed onderhouden. De kamers aan de zonzijde van het hotel zijn erg warm, bij heet weer er is hier weinig of geen afkoeling mogelijk ! |

S'agissant d'une courte étape ( arrivée le soir à 22h pour partir le lendemain à 8h) . Difficile de donner une opinion objective . L'hôtel est bien tenu pour un cadre général faisant penser aux années 70 .Le tarif initial de 75 Euros de la chambre que j'ai occupée me semble trop élevée mais à cette saison et vu le site ..... |

Sehr freundliches Personal --> Preis OK --> Lage gut --> schöne Zimmer keine Klima --> Verkehr hört man relativ laut aber das in Riv del Garde ein Problem aller Hotels |
