The rooms are big and comfortable. We are a family with 2 kids, so we got a small apartment with a bedroom for the parents and a living room with a sofa for the kids + a small kitchen. Can easily accommodate 3 kids. The location is close to the port where you take the ferries to the islands. The person at the front desk was totally confused with our reservation, made us wait for an hour until sorted it all out. English is not spoken well . |

la habitacion es buena pero es mejor no tanto lujo y colaborar mas con los viajeros. el personal mal no colaboracion a la hora de poder dar el desayuno si tienes que salir antes de la hora de apertura del comedor lejos del muelle del puerto |

Ruim van opzet, separate zitkamer, slaapkamer, badkamer en toilette, Hotel ligt aan een mooie baai, helaas ligt aan de andere zijde van de baai een chemische industrie.Receptioniste was niet bepaald vriendelijk, in tegenstestelling tot andere medewerkers. |

La habitación está muy bien, con salón independiente y posibilidad de cocina. Primera línea de mar. El desayuno está muy bien. Los recepcionistas no hablan inglés, y la chica es especialmente borde. Está bastante lejos de donde salen los barcos para ir a las islas Eóleas. |

Wij hadden een appartement met een prima balkon en uitzicht. Het ontbijt was heel goed, veel keus en met name het verse fruit en de koffie waren erg lekker. Hoewel redelijk schoon was het appartement gelegen in het oude gedeelte van het hotel en niet in het nieuwe design gedeelte zoals op de website was aangekondigd. Het personeel (behoudens het personeel dat het ontbijt verzorgde en de schoonmaaksters) was totaal niet service en klantgericht, was zeer onvriendelijk en sprak geen Engels. Dit hebben we nog nooit zo meegemaakt. Ook het 'privestrand' is echt niet serieus te nemen. Het telde slechts vier (oude) stoelen voor het hele hotel, lag aan een drukke weg en was zeer klein. Bovendien is Milazzo zelf (behalve de boulevard en de verbinding naar de eilanden) niet aan te raden als bestemming. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekende ligging (aan de wandeldijk). Prachtige tuin. Verzorgde kamers. Parking gemakkelijk in de omgeving te vinden. Goed ontbijt. |

Desayuno correcto, pero se hecha en falta más variedad, sobre todo de salado. Aunque no tiene parking privado no suele haber problema para aparcar en la calle. Es uno de los hoteles relativamente próximos al embarque hacia las islas. Internet por cable en las habitaciones. El personal de recepción podría ser más atento. La politica de pago y cancelación es abusiva (aunque es cierto que avisan antes): pago por adelantado y no se devuelve el dinero en caso de cancelación. Hay un largo paseo hasta el muelle de donde parten los barcos hacia las islas Eolias (creíamos que estaba al lado mismo y no es así, calculamos más de 2 km). Además es imposible aparcar gratis en las proximidades del muelle; nosotros tuvimnos que dejar el coche a 1 km para evitar tener que pagar. |

Gelegen aan de kustweg van Milazzo. Rustig en koel. Vriendelijke bediening. Ideaal voor uitvalsbasis naar Liparische eilanden. Sleutels werden vervangen door elektronische kaart, die af en toe lijkt te falen. |
