Always a positive stuff and friendly place to stay.
Great value hotel, with everything you really need. Clean comfortable and in a great location, near lifts and buses.
Staff did not speak a lot of English, so communication was a bit challenging.
- very close to the ski slopes - great view to the mountains - friendly staff
- poor breakfast
Location: You can ride straight to the hotel's door from Carosello slopes, bus stop is just few steps away, supermarket is across the street from hotel. Breakfast is also nice. Charming view from the room.
Noise. We could hear everything that happens in the corridor or on the stairway. Too loud sometimes. There were 2 separate mattresses put together in double room instead of one big. Strange smell in the bathroom and stairs.
The location was nearly perfect, the view was very nice. Staff were helpful as much as they could. The fact they know just a few simple English words becomes a problem. The double bed was comfortable and most of all - it had double quilt. Breakfast was OK and we had a good start for the day with it.
The worst problem of the hotel is the water. If you have any hair on your head, forget about washing it. Each time we had to wait for 10 minutes for the water to warm up. Then there was no stream of water, it was rather falling in big drops. It was either too hot or if you try to cool it, it would be cold immediately. Then we were often cold in the room. But if we tried to turn on our heater, the electricity in the room went off. There was no constant heating in the room and during the night we got quite cold. The bath towels were so hard, they were like washed floor rugs. Often our ski boots remained wet as they could not dry out efficiently. One could say that at a two star hotel you get what you pay for but this doesn't mean not being able to take proper shower or being cold.
The Hotel is near one of the big lift area.
Far away from the centrum.
