Helpfulness of the hotel reception staff. Good size and cleanliness of our room Only minor point - hotel is on route of local bus service to take tourists into Malcesine but travel into town took 30 mins as bus follows circular route. In compensation, return took only 10 mins but guests should be aware of need to allow time to travel into town (to catch ferries, for example). |

the hotel was new and was very good and clean , there was a mini bus service from malcesine that passed the hotel and only cost 1 euro.The people at the hotel were very helpful and friendly good breakfast also. |

Wunderschönes Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage in einem Olivenhain. Zimmer sauber, gross und modern. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kostenloser Parkplatz. Trotzdem wir ein Zimmer nach vorne hatten, hat uns die Baustelle nicht gestört da nur zu bestimmten Zeiten gearbeitet wird. |

We very muched liked this hotel. The staff was very friendly and we felt very welcome. The room was sparkling clean every day and the view over the lake was amazing. We can very much recommed this hotel to anyone who whishes to stay at Lake Garda. |

Sehr schöne Lage in Olivenhain, perfekte Gestaltung, Eindruck wie nagelneu, gutes Frühstück, sehr aufmerksames Personal Neuer Straßenname noch nicht im Navi, deshalb Ankunft erst nach tel. Rückfrage, alte Bezeichnung undeutlich. Baustelle genau gegenüber (ab 8 Uhr in Betrieb, hoffentlich vorübergehend) |

Das Hotel Garnì Orchidea ist eine sauberes Hotel, der Aufenthalt in diesen Hotel hat uns gefallen. Das Zimmer und Frühstück waren gut!" Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, ohne Auto ist es wohl schwierig. |
