Very good location. Just some minutes walk to the lake. Very friendly staff. Best coffee I have in Italy, they ask you which kind you want and prepare it... no terrible automatic coffee machines. |

The location is very good. Just 500 m from downtown. Less trafic jam. Car parking is free. But if the hotel full booked maybe there is no parking place (just for about 6 cars). Very nice hotel owner. The breadfirst is somewhat simple but you can eat till full. :-) If there is egg, even better. |

Small and friendly place. Close to Riva Del Garda old city. Charming walk back and forth from the city centre. Good parking facility. We paid more than the room was meant to be charged for. In room there was a list of the government approved charge. We were charged about 10 euro extra after booking on booking.com. We did not feel we were cheated or that it was overpriced - but apperently they are charging more than "official" price. Our final invoice did not list the proper room number either. |

friendly service, near town centre on tree lined street. Breakfast was fine (cold buffet), rooms just right - didn't need air conditioning (not good for environment anyway), no street noise to hear of, not really, it was the right hotel at the right price in the right location for our needs at that time. :-) |

We had a very friendly staff who was able to answer all of our needs. The breakfast was good for the small location provided. This villa is within 10 minutes of the old town area where lots of waliking,shopping and eating can be found. We had a Peugot wagon. It was a little tight using on site parking in the rear. The alley and gate are narrow. |

Cómodo, acogedor, bien ubicado, trato familiar, limpieza, el desayuno variado, precio, etc .... Por poner algo, que la calefacción fuera centralizada y no tuvieramos posibilidad de regularla individualmente dentro de la habitación, se desconectaba a media noche y no volvía a encenderse hasta la mañana siguiente. |

Das Hotel Garni Villa Maria ist eine ganz einfache, schlichte, moderne Frühstückspension ohne Kitsch und Schnick-Schnack. Unser Zimmer war top-sauber und auch im Detail und in der Qualität gut ausgestattet, der Inhaber spricht gut deutsch, die Frühstückszeiten werden sowohl Frühaufstehern als auch Langschläfern gerecht, das Frühstück selber war frisch und reichlich ... Vor allem moderne und/oder sportliche Menschen (Kletterer, Bergwanderer...) werden sich in dieser Pension wohlfühlen. Wir waren über unsere Wahl sehr glücklich und werden wieder hier buchen. Das Hotel Garni Villa Maria verfügt nur über einen sehr kleinen Parkplatz. Gerade wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist, kann es spannend werden, ob man als Gast noch eine Parkmöglichkeit findet. Doch zur Not gibt es (nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt) auch noch öffentliche Parkplätze, so dass sich auch dieses "Problem" einfach lösen lässt. |

Mycket trevligt bemötande från ägaren. Genuint intresse om sina gäster. Rent,snyggt,o utifrån förutsättningarna ett kanon boende. Renovering pågick under vistelsen vilket kunde vara lite störande på morgonen. |

Trato personalizado, desayuno buffet y te dejan quedar con la llave para entrar otra vez cuando quieras. Es un hotel familiar pequeño, pero aconsejable. El servicio de internet no acaba de funcionar, no está preparado. |

sehr saubere Zimmer, gute Lage - Zentrum von Riva in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, gratis Parkplatz vor dem Haus, zentral geschaltete Klimaanlage, die auch bei großer Hitze für angenehme Temperatur im Zimmer sorgt |

veramente di apprezzamenti riguardo Hotel Garnì Villa Maria non ce ne sono molti forse per problemi legati al personale veramente scarso 1 persona per il check in, per la colazione, per tutto insomma........... mancanza di ascensore; colazione veramente scarsa ma sopratutto la decantata "aria condizionata" ; condizionata dal tempo poichè era accesa per pochissime ore al giorno cioè dalle 17:00 alle 22:00 quando praticamente in camera non c'è nessuno e quando la temperatura esterna scende..........altro non voglio aggiungere...... |

Het hotel ziet er netjes uit en personeel is vriendelijk. Het strand en de winkels waren goed te belopen. Ontbijt is niet uitgebreid maar wel voldoende. |
