A very pleasant, welcoming environment and staff. I especially liked all the art in the hotel and the old, courtyard building. A very relaxing environment. I would like to have had more printed information in the room about breakfast hours, laundry service, price of items in refrigerator, etc., |

Staff were very friendly. Gave my father a present of a vase he admired when we checked out. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean with maid service every day and great soft and large towels. Charging 50 cents for each tea bag or coffee used in the rooms is petty! Breakfast is quite poor. Hotel is difficult to find and only has a small brass plaque beside the door to identify it. This main door (which services the rest of the appartment & office block) is closed after 7:30pm and all weekend, there is no sign to tell you you must find another smaller door around the corner!!! |

Good location. Clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Probably reasonable value for a Rome hotel, i.e. reasonable room size, good bathroom facilities. Quite a generous breakfast with a variety of foods. Rome hotels are expensive, but this one was reasonable value. Air conditioner did not seem to work (that is, we had asked a staff member to turn it on), although fortunately it was cool outside (March). However, as we had to close the window to keep out street noise, an air conditioner in working order would have been nice. But as our window was on a side-street rather than directly on Via Nazionale, the noise level was not too bad at all. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't have been better. Moreover, the rooms were of a decent size, and were quite comfortable. This may have just been in my room, but the room was very warm, and the air conditioning unit did not seem to be working properly, even with assistance. Opening the window was not an option due to the noise on the street. However I would still stay here again, if staying more than 1 night would have simply requested another room. |

We were placed in the suite (Room 37) i think, although we'd only booked a double room. This was very spacious and was like an apartment - we even had our own entrance. My GF liked this. The room was very well decorated and comfortable. One minor gripe - the shower leaked and this left the shower area waterlogged after a shower. The only other thing was that there were no english speaking channels on the TV, although I wouldn't really expect this and it was nice to get away from it all. |

Fantastic experience. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and welcome. The staff were absolutely great and went far and beyond expectations to see to any needs or requirements. I would stay there again without doubt. |

I arrived at 9:30am and they had a room ready for me in 20 minutes. My room was totally without charm. The shower was tiny. The carpet was stained. The pillows were too hard. The bathroom amenities were of low quality. |
