Good location for travelling by train to and from Rome. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. A bit expensive compared to similar places for a single. |

Hotel was superbly located - equidistant to everything in Rome except for the Vatican. Staff were incredibly friendly - happy to give advice or just chat. Rooms were quiet and very spacious. This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in years - I'll definitely be back! |

A very pleasant, welcoming environment and staff. I especially liked all the art in the hotel and the old, courtyard building. A very relaxing environment. I would like to have had more printed information in the room about breakfast hours, laundry service, price of items in refrigerator, etc., |

we hadden de op het plateau slechtst ingeplante kamer nl geen rechtstreeks daglicht ( ingesloten patio) en de muffe geur in de badkamer was zeer storend; na melding hiervan werd er niets aan gedaan |

Het hotelpersoneel is erg vriendelijk, het ontbijt was uitgebreid, lekker en keurig verzorgd. Het Hotel ligt goed centraal. Het is vanaf het busstation goed te bereiken en vanuit het hotel kun je prima lopen naar alle bezienswaardigheden. Voor ons persoonlijk waren de matrassen van de bedden wat te hard (is maar een detail) |

Dentro la típìca oferta hotelera del centro de Roma, es de lo mejor en relación calidad/precio. Ruido en los pasillos a primera hora de la mañana por la limpieza. Muebles viejos. |

Ubicación muy central. Cerca de Termini. Personal muy atento. Buen desayuno. Habitación cómoda. Es dificil ubicarlo pues falta su nombre más visible en la entrada del edificio, esto porque el hotel ocupa el segundo piso de un edificio que comparte con otras oficinas. |

Домашнее вино хозяев (спросите и вам с удовольствием нальют на ресепшн), доброжелательность персонала, тишина в номере (но это очевидно зависит какой достанется - я просил заранее номер потише), нормальные завтраки, бесплатный интернет на ресепшн, уютный дворик. |

二人部屋を予約して、備考の欄に子供がいるので計3人で使用する旨を書きました。部屋は3人部屋を用意してくれました。部屋も広く、アメニティーも充実。朝ごはんの種類も豊富でした。スタッフもよかったです。 トイレの水が流しにくかった。シャワーヘッドが高すぎて使いにくかった。大きな通りに面しているが、わかりにくい場所にある。 |
