Friendly and helpful staff, small hotel. free use of internet and general info maps and advice available about Rome. English speaking. Quite location very close to Roma Centrale station. Adequate breakfast.

Hotel difficult to find especially arriving after dark. Hotel entrance is not clearly shown with only a small brass nameplate and buzzer at the exterior door. Street numbering is not sequential. The Google map showing the hotel is inaccurate. Some minor problems with street noise early and late (avoid room #29 if light sleeper)

Staff very helpful and friendly, very clean hotel. Excellent central location just ten minutes from Termini.

May be difficult to get in sometimes as you need to ring bells and get through two gates. when you get in lift is locked and you need to ask staff to open it for you. There are two flights of stairs to climb. Double bed in the single room, not much room to move about.

The location was awesome, just a 10 minute walk from the train station, easy to find and very convenient to buses. The staff was so very helpful, maybe the most friendly and helpful that we have ever experienced in Europe. Their English was perfect, they knew the best places to eat, and they were very helpful in giving guidance on sites and how to get there. It was a very nice experience all around. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends. The hotel was super clean. The bath was nice even though the shower was a little small. The breakfast was good, though the coffee could have been better. The wireless worked well.

I loved the hotel! I got what they promised on the website and even more for a very reasonable price. Very good location - easy to go anywhere you want in Rome, by bus, metro, walk. All staff is very friendly, nice and ready to help you with anything you need for the trip. Rooms are nicely decorated with the trace of antique design. Special thanks to Alessandra! At first when I checked in my room had quite a strong smell of smoke which I accepted at first but later did not like (by the way, the hotel claims that all rooms are non-smoking - but unfortunately as I was told some people do smoke in the rooms anyway (so sad). The hotel was fully booked and luckily for me someone cancelled their trip and later I was offered another room which was very good and had fresh atmosphere :-) Breakfast in included and it's continental, but very good for continental one with quite big selection of food to choose from.

Staff very friendly, very good quality/price. Location very close to center, most sites accessible by foot, well connected with public transport. We heard no noise from the outside (we were facing the inside). Varied breakfast.

A very slight noise from the heating system, but easy to get used to.

It was excellent value for money - the location is brilliant and everything inside the hotel was clean and tidy. All the staff were always pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Good location for the price I guess. Very close to metro but this won't help if you plan to go to ancient centre (most cases) - then you need a bus and a tabacchi shop to buy ticket or go by feet which is hard for a child 7 Y.O. On the other hand we didn't find anything cheaper with better location. Hotel inners are average but you don't spend too much time there anyway. Staff is polite and helpful.

Don't expect much from breakfast. Windows block little noise from outside - though our window looked out at the side street pependicular to Via Nazionale the traffic was clearly heard in the morning. It wasn't a problem at night though.

The Hotel is a charming antique building and has a courtyard with a fountain. Very well maintained. Very clean. Staff well prepared and professional. The room is very comfortable and elegant, with a refrigerator, air conditioning and wireless internet for free. Excellent breakfast. Great location on Via Nazionale, near the Termini station, the Piazza della Repubblica, the subway and several bus lines. Great value for money, highly recommend.
