We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment and given a bottle of wine as it was my boyfriend's birthday. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was in a ideal location and a lot of the attractions were within walking distance. It was about 5-10 minute walk from the Termin station. The staff were also friendly and helpful. We would stay there again. It was noisy outside. |

The staff was really helpful and friendly. The bathroom was the best part of the room, it looked like it had just been renovated, big and beautiful. It's a bit dingy, clean but old and tired. |

Free internet, nice staff, good location near the train. The woman who serves the breakfast did not know an ounce of English. It was very hard to communicate with her. |

Close to train station. Staff were helpful and friendly and breakfast was good. The air con worked very well which is not always the case in some hotels. Bed was a small, but I did only pay for a single room and apart from that everything was good. |

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel is conveniently located near Termini station, metro, and local attractions by foot. Room was clean & good size. The following may be considered incoveniences for some travellers: small elevator & small shower in bathroom. |

Good room, very friendly and helpful staff when we were there. Excellent location, and air con was a saviour. Right above a very very friendly restaurant which serves good food at reasonable prices, perfect for those days where you've been out all day, got home and need to not go far for dinner. Also a very very nice Irish Pub across the road, but also a short walk to some nicer places. |

Hotel was superbly located - equidistant to everything in Rome except for the Vatican. Staff were incredibly friendly - happy to give advice or just chat. Rooms were quiet and very spacious. This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in years - I'll definitely be back! |

깨끗하고 직원이 친절했던점 엘레베이터가 없어서 큰 짐을 가지고 올라가기에는 상당한 무리가 있을것 같습니다 |
