Thanks Allesandro for the warm welcome and great advice on where to eat. We had a quad room which was particularly spacious and comfortable.
Only down side was the room entrance is from the stair well so there was a bit of noise as people entered and exited late evening and early morning. This is a back entrace to hotel so disturbance was minimal.
An extremely helpful staff, not sure who the Gen Manager is however they have a staff who understand the importance of making guest feel welcome and appreciated. From the breakfast lady to the front desk. They were very friendly. The location is great metro within a couple of hundred meters. I stay in plenty of hotels both for work and leisure, from 3 to 5 stars, although a 3 star hotel the staff rate 5 star. Very impressed.
Great Location. Friendly staff/ Owner
Noisy, need to have window that can seal the noise off
small but very clean room. very friendly staff.
helpful staff, historic building, nice rooms, very clean, cozy breakfast area, hidden gem, not the usual B&B
Location was great to see most sites and the entrance and look was great. Very clean with fresh bedding and towels. Fresh towels every day and bed made up. Breakfast was nice with a good choice. Staff very friendly and approachable. Would stay here again.
More teabags etc are needed in the rooms.
Location was great, lots of shops and restaurants close as well as all the attractions. Security with gates and doors was great as well as a single female traveller.
My room was over the side street so the noise from the restaurants below was a little loud, but not unbearable :-)
Really friendly helpful staff, beautiful rooms and a delicious breakfast. Also, I must mention the cleaning staff, who are amazing - we came back each day to a beautiful, spotless room - my shoes were even neatly lined up in the corner!
The bed was comfy. The location was close to the train station, which was nice. Staff members helpful with answering our questions. Fresh fruit and coffee was nice in the morning.
The toilet wouldn't flush properly, and then kept running so we needed to have someone come in and fix it. Also, the shower leaked. Someone unlocked and entered our room in the middle of the night, and then quickly shut the door without saying anything. My husband went to the front desk to find out what was going on. Staff member denied anything happened and then finally said she had the wrong room number for another couple arriving late at night. Mistakes happen--just a little unnerving that she denied entering our room at first (we woke up when she came in). Otherwise, the staff really were nice and helpful.
Location is perfect !!! Staff was very helpful Nice room space
Price Breakfast isn't the best Nosiey
location is good, near to train station and subway.
too noisy due to hotel is on main road.
Centrally located. Staff is very helpful and nice. Rooms are ok.
A bit noisy.
The staff were so friendly as i was a solo traveler and needed lots of advise on how to get around Rome. Breakfast was simple but nice. Best possible location. I had wifi in my room which was a bonus. Was on a safe street
I have no complaint. This is the first hotel i have no complaints about
Rooms and common spaces look new or at least recently refurbished. Very clean and comfortable. Room not big but sufficient and containing all what is expected for a hotel of that class.
Breakfast: good quality but limited variety. Also, it cannot be had before 07:30 what is late for people traveling on business.
The location is wonderful, very close to the Termini station, walking distance from the main sightseeing attractions and shopping areas with walking itself a pleasure along the nearest streets. Several nice restaurants including Zeus nearby. The hotel doesn't face the main street, has a patio. This reduces most of sounds of the busy via Nazionale. The rooms are not big but clean. There was no safe, otherwise all the necessary furnishing, TV, and wi-fi is available. The personnel is attentive and will help with extra requests, if any, within their power. Breakfast includes not only pastry or sandwiches as in many other hotels in the city but also yogurt and fruit. There is a guest bathroom and shower for those who checks out but stays in the city till evening and wants to freshen up before departure. Not a luxury hotel but very nice for the value of money, will suit well for a short stay for a tourist of a business-traveller.
Violin played in the cafe on the side street the in the evenings entertaining guests, the performer not very talanted, but the level of noise is not critical, someone might even like it.
Our stay exceeded expectation! The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our thanks go to Alessandra and Maximilian who were always happy to assist with any query. We would definitely recommend the hotel for its central and secure location, delicious breakfast and great staff.
My room was super clean and the hotel staff were really nice. The hotel is in an excellent location and has a really lovely courtyard area outside of it. I felt very safe staying here and will do again.
The location was prime for exploring Rome. The staff was extremely helpful. Loved the breakfast room.
It was a little noisy -street noise.
Exceptional staff, great accommodations and location...highly recommend
Convenient location Good value for money Clean and tidy Friendly staff Close to shops
friendly staff, very good location, quiet and clean room，ｔａｓｔｅｆｕｌ ｄｅｃｏｒａｔｉｏｎ
Wifi was down in our area, all the time through our 4 days stay.
Ideally situated within a short walk to Termini subway station. Very nice and open owners giving good advice on where to go for a drink or dinner. Quiet place.
Unfortunately we heard water noises (problem with the flush in the room next to ours?) all night long so it was not that easy to have a good rest...
The location is close to termini station, and not too far from sites, though the immediate area is pretty much a common city street. The room was clean, the wifi worked fine, the ac was cool. The desk clerk was helpful. The breakfast was fine and the coffees freshly prepared. The price quoted is what they charged. The room was quiet. The desk clerk and the breakfast attendant spoke English.
The hotel is on an upper floor in a building that houses another hotel and, I think offices. It is a beautiful old building with an atrium. However, it is hard to find, you must ring in at the main door and then again at the gated atrium. There is an old cage lift intended for baggage. You must walk up. However, one person at a time can use the lift if needed. We had a bit of trouble getting through the second gate, and the desk clerk kindly came down to assist us.
The staff is incredible! Extremely helpfull and very friendly. My family and I felt very comfortable here. The location is really nice as well.
It is a bit hidden away from the street.
location is great, we received a very nice and big room/apartment. Staff is very helpful when needed, good value for money.
breakfast could be richer, some vegetables would help
