Location - easy access to city center and train station, modern building Staff was unprofessional, toilet didn't work, sofa bed was louzy, there was no heating (rainy end of october!!!!) |

The suite was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly. The hotel shares its building with other businesses but don't let this scare you. This is the trend in Italy. We stayed in Florence, Venice and Rome. By far this hotel was the best value for the money. It is a suite, so no meal service but the place has an stove/oven, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher. It's a bit out of the "historical downtown" area. It's about a 10 minute walk to the center though. |

The room itself was nice, with a lovely bathroom and kitchen. The beds were completely rock hard, I had to lie on top of a thick blanket in an attempt to get some sleep. And do not be fooled by maps, Viale Spartaco Lavagnini is a six lane road with heavy traffic 24/7. Our apartment was round the back of the building and we could still hear traffic noise all night. Also there was a washing machine just outside our room which people used late at night (loud). |

Finding it was bit difficult. No one seems to know this place. But after reaching it was not that bad. No reception, hotel staff within the premises. Once you have the key, you have no contact with hotel staff. Also difficult to locate anyone if you reach beyond mentioned check-in time. |

As suítes são perfeitas e muito funcionais, mas não tem funcionário para atendimento, são administradas pelos donos, que mantém os horários combinados, mas não fornecem nenhum tipo de ajuda para o hóspede que chega com antecedencia, não guardam bagagem, não oferecem serviço de informação ou qualquer acessoria propria de hotel, é apenas aluguel das suítes. |

Rent och trevligt. Lite på sidan men ok om man kan tänka sig att gå lite, svårt att hitta ingången till hotellet, ligger vid en bank. |

La proximité du centre Lorsque nous avons réservé, via votfre site, nous avions payé avec la carte AMEX hors Gemini All Suites n'accepte pas ce mode de paiement. Nous avons dû donc payé cash, ce qui a engendré un énorme doute sur le fait que nous allions être débité de notre carte aussi. Je suggère que à l'avenir, si une carte n'est pas acceptée, que se soit clairement spécifié ou pas accepté. |

Nuovissima struttura. Abbiamo alloggiato in un bel appartamento. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tanti serivizi (panetteria, super mercato, ristoranti, ecc...). Faccio notare che bisogna chiamare l'albergo per avvertirli dell'ora dell'arrivo. Ci sono stati problemi con la potenza della corrente (però ci avevano avvertiti di questo problema, non potevamo accendere più elettrodomestici) e ci siamo ritrovati senza cavatappi (ci siamo fatti aprire le bottiglie al ristorante di sotto): però è perdonabile essendo nuovissima la struttura :-) |
